Wild Planet Jungle Resort

This was our first visit to this place and definitely will love to visit again. Though we stayed for a very short period but enjoyed to the fullest. The place is amazing starting from the drive towards property to the beautifully designed cottages. The promptness of the staff, service & food was really commendable. All the activities were properly managed. Used harness for activities were also neat & clean. Definitely a place to visit.

We stayed in Hill top cottage of Wild Planet resort, in March 2025, for 2 days/nights. As per our expectation the resort is in the middle of lush green tea estate and forest. The last 3kms of the road to the resort is dirt track and little tricky to navigate. We need to be careful and SUVs are better suited to travel on this type of road. Upon arrival, manager Mr. Ashok briefed us about the property and took care of us. He was courteous and prompt. Room is well maintained, neat and clean, though we felt the need for a separate changing area in the room. One important info is there is no Wi-Fi or phone network in the rooms. Though sometimes we may get weak signal phone network. Wi-Fi is available in the reception area. Food was very tasty and main chef Mr. Gopalakrishnan was very caring and humble. He obliged to all our requests for particular dishes. Food variety was also good. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep us busy in the resort. Zipline is fairly adventurous. All in all it was a very nice, relaxing and value for money trip We are happy of revisit Wildplanet Nilgiris, in future. Dr. Chandrakanth K S Bangalore

We were not informed in advance about the network issues and the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms, which came as an unexpected surprise upon our arrival. This caused quite a bit of inconvenience as we weren’t prepared to be completely disconnected during our stay. The property itself is beautiful, though we couldn’t explore much of it due to continuous heavy rainfall. The staff was courteous and the service throughout was prompt and warm. One of the rooms we stayed in (Luxury Pavilion) had frequent monkey intrusions, which meant we had to remain indoors most of the time. Overall, it was a pleasant stay , availability of network could have made the experience even better. Swaminathan

The view from the resort is beautiful. The staff were friendly and were always Ready to help. The resort had many fun activities and doesn't make you miss internet . Overall the experience was amazing and would recommend other to visit as well.

Nature was deadly beautiful and must visit, feels like in heaven and at a very reasonable price for what they provide and take provide protection for you and very sincere and determined ,friendly staff.Be cautious about leaches cause it is a dense forest .Ashok fernedes guided us and very nice guy.
