Location is good. Has private parking (20 euros)/night. Room and bathroom is tiny… breakfast is simple. However close to old district and considering the location, overall is good.

Very nice location, close to tram and 15min by walk to the beach. So many close restaurants nearby. Breakfast is the same everyday, yes, but its satisfying and delicious. I would recommend this place for those without kids, room is not very spacious.

The service is average, the cleaning staff is good, and the hot water is hot enough. The shower cubical too small. There are many restaurants downstairs, a food street, and a few supermarkets nearby. A few minutes walking to the harbor.

Lovely receptionist checked me in at 22 50 h , great seemed oh humour at that late hour and going off shift in 10 mins . Room really modern and clean . Marble shower , rainfall and normal shower head . Bed super and linens crisp . 24 hr front desk . Would stay again !!

Nice choice for those looking for a central location without extra expenses. A lot of great restaurants nearby. The rooms are small but wisely planned and modern. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast offers basic choices, but the cafe itself serves nice selection of beers during the day.

Pleasant and smooth check in. Great and clean facilities. Included with breakfast which is excellent. Attached to the beer hall next door which is great for downtime chilling. Room is clean and newly renovated. Highly recommended.

It is so cheap for three peoples, it even can contain 4!!, there are one big and two single bed, give me and my friend a good time.

The hotel has cool decorations and hotel staff are nice. The room was clean and was very standard. Not extraordinary but certainly not bad. Also very close to the beach

I would highly recommend Hotel du Pin in Nice. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and bars surrounded by. The staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean and new. Nothing that I didn’t like about this place. I really like this hotel. Reasonable price even in super high season, unfortunately that I would extend my stay but it’s fully booked.
