It's just okay

房間夠大，但是看上去比較舊。訂的了一晚海景房，一晚普通房，但是性價比真的不高。兩千塊左右住得真的很不值。

我的入住體驗非常不好。有三點：第一他沒有提前告知是不提供清潔服務的，也沒有人來替換毛巾，垃圾也需要自己丟。第二是前台一位中年女性的態度非常的惡劣，甚至在電話裏對我們怒罵吼叫。在我們確認酒店今天住房情況非常不緊張，且跟前台説過由於飛機在下午我們想稍微遲點退房，前台同意了的時候，依然説我們由於延遲退房要收取40歐元的按金，並且在我們退房前打電話對我們進行辱罵和吼叫，態度非常不好。第三是如果不是定四人以上的親子房就請不要預訂這家了，因為雙人房非常的小，設施也很差勁，如果想靠海看海景還得加錢，否則就會對着吵鬧的馬路。總之體驗就是非常差，不建議入住。尼斯很美，海很漂亮，如果想要完美的體驗就請不要預訂這家酒店，不然你會在中途或者結束被氣到想罵人。

- chambres très propres et spacieuse ( aptment 4 pers) - très bien situé face a la promenade des anglais et commerces - arrêt de tram a 2 minutes a pied - a l’accueil personnel agréable Seul mini bémol un parking direct sous l’hôtel aurait été bien Mais ce n’est pas très grave au vu de tt les services positif ET BIEN EVIDEMMEBT LA VUE FACE A LA MER QUE DEMANDER DE PLUS.prendre le petit dej face a la mer ou entend le bruit des vagues c’est vraiment apaisant. Je le garde sous la main ya de forte chance que ce soit mon hôtel sur nice 👍👍

設備真的太老舊，就是地理位置優越，開窗就是大海，樓下過馬路就是海邊！

素晴らしいロケーション！部屋も広くて快適！ スタッフも皆、親切でした。 ホテル前の交差点を挟んで目の前がビーチです👍 徒歩1分位！最高の滞在でした。 また次回も利用したい。

海景房太棒了，服務好、安全的住宿環境。景色無敵

酒店的服务很好👍周围的环境也不错！距离海滩只有几十米。但是，内环境比较差，隔音不好，外面街道車水馬龙轻轨的声音很吵，室內的冰箱聲音也很吵，整栋楼的烟味特浓，我订的無烟房間，但依然有很重的烟臭味。中途因为电力问题还换了一次房间。总之，我感觉几天都没睡好！

非常好的酒店！！ 設施：很高端 衞生：比較乾淨 環境：靠海 在陽台就可以看海 服務：非常好

遇到沙發床打不開

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. It had a small kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. The location was great. The beach was across the street and the hotel was equal distance to two Tram stops. It’s a 10-15 min ride to the airport and 15 min to the NICE main downtown.

The workers were nice and helpful. The hotel itself was terrible. No room service cleaning unless you pay extra. A toilet room for a child size. The Internet was off and on. Would not stay at this chain again

Roomed smell like smokers were the previous guests. Wi fi is horrible. But the view and location can’t be beat. Overall it’s ‘ok’. Enjoy

Balcony wouldn’t close. They did fix that after first night. Bed very uncomfortable. Poor communication at front desk. Drink dispenser wouldn’t work. In general the room felt dated, not welcoming. Location isn’t great as street at the back of property dirty, not many dining options.
