I was there for two nights. On the first night we lost power. My BiPAP breathing apparatus stopped working. The elevator stopped working meaning with my cane I had to go up and down three flights of stairs. In the morning, still no power, I showered using a flashlight I brought. The power came back on for enough time to get a third of a cup of coffee of the breakfast I prepaid for. When I got back to the hotel Friday afternoon power had been restored, but here was no compensation for all of the loss of sleep (as my BiPAP remained inoperable, no breakfast and a truly awful two nights. Nothing. I am going to petition ******* for a full refund.
