the hotel indoor pool is out of maintenance so we can't swim, breakfast is ok, staff are very nice and helpful! remember to bring your own shower gel they don't provide.

The location is really good, like it’s only 10 minutes walk from the Niagara Falls, the staff is friendly and nice.overall everything is good except one things: only the mirror in the toilet have light, so it’s so dark and just make u dun wana shower ＞.＜

完美，位置非常好

地理位置很好，酒店和酒店旁邊停車都很便宜，走路5分鐘就是cliffton hill，吃飯遊玩方便。酒店本身比較老舊，但是房間裏面重新裝修過還行。最想吐槽的是服務，我們帶孩子入住，還專門問了泳池在哪裡，結果給我們了和泳池不在一個樓的房間！住進去要去泳池才發現！大冬天需要走過露天走廊才能到達泳池！而泳池裡沒有更衣的地方！提醒要用泳池的朋友辦入住千萬要求安排和泳池在一個building的房間。含早餐，但衹要甜味的食品，吃的特別膩。

The desk staff are very kind however the house cleaning lady forgot to change our towels on the second day.

Good service. Old building averagely maintained with elevator that gives access to upper floors of buildings. Fair price with breakfast included. Parking included and great location very close to Clifton Hills.

This place is very clean and the staff there are amazing they are very helpful and kind I recommend this place to anyone that’s thinking of coming.

If your in the budget and with small kids I think this is ok. The pool is the best part of our stay the kids love it and the water is warm.

Staff was great but 1/2 keys did not work on unit even after having reactivated. Almost none of the electrical outlets worked - made difficult for chatting multiple phones and an iPad. Room not exactly as advertised. I mean - not a huge deal but if I wanted a hearty shape jacuzzi I’d’ve requested it. Gave us a good laugh though. Room lay out not ideal for queen bed, desk, and jacuzzi. Curtains do not entirely cover window. Never a fan of that. Hotel and area was quiet. Almost too quiet - not what I’m used to. Close walk to the falls and our conference centre but the area is pretty decrepit.
