This hotel is wonderful with everybody who serves with a smile on their face. Stunning views of the landscape. Sunset point on top of the mountain is such a nice spot. It is situated on top of the hill and has very nice rooms. All rooms have a view of the plains of Serengeti . Mr. Aslam was very helpful and we enjoyed every bit of the stay.

We went to Lobo Wildlife with our client who enjoyed a lot about the meals and the service offered at Lobo wildlife, the Lodge has beautiful views and great team of Lobo lodge is loving and caring. Great Lodge in Serengeti .

The lodge is really like out of a movie. It is located on a remote Kopje (island rock) in the Northern Serengeti, build into the rocks. The premises are teaming with hyax animals (furry relatives to elephants ?!) and the occasional visiting baboon troupe. It is hardly possible to imagine a more special setting, where you can watch animals below from the pool. Staff was very kind and friendly and also the food was tasty.

Lodge is situated above 2.000 m.a.s.l., it can be very chilly here. Quiet part of the Serengeti makes the location special. Lodge appears monotonously on arrival, offers 74 rooms, everything is functional, but old fahion style with lots of dark solid wood. No power between 23 - 5 hrs. Overnight laundry service. Restaurant is huge and practiacl, misses cosy atmosphere. Service is average, buffet offers good selection.

Dies ist eine am Hügel gelegene sehr große Lodge in super Lage. Zu Zeiten der Migration sieht man wohl vom Zimmer jede Menge Tiere. Wir waren alleine da und das war gut so, denn die Holzboeden knarren furchtbar laut. Essen war auch nicht frisch gekocht. Einfache Lodge in die auch wenig vom Besitzer investiert wird. Da wir einen tollen Fuehrer hatten haben wir auch viele gesehen.

Η θέα της σαβάνας από το παράθυρο του δωματίου μας ήταν μοναδική. Το παρατηρητήριο του ηλιοβασιλέματος, αξέχαστο (θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει κάποιο bar εκεί). Το προσωπικό (όπως όλοι οι Τανζανοί) ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Το φαγητό ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Οι τοίχοι όμως ήταν πολύ λεπτοί και άκουγες τον παραμικρό θόρυβο ή ομιλία. Το ξύλινο πάτωμα επίσης ήταν ενοχλητικό.

Schon der erste Blick auf die Lobo Wildlife Lodge ist spektakulär. Wie eine Bergfestung liegt sie eingepasst in die Felsen am Rande der Serengeti. Durch die Lage bieten sich fantastische Blicke über den Nationalpark und auf Sonnenauf- und Untergang von den verschiedenen Aussichtspunkten. Die Lodge liegt auf mehreren Ebenen, die in den Berg eingepasst sind und ist insgesamt sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die gilt insbesondere für das Restaurant und die Bar, die echtes Safarifeeling aufkommen lassen. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dies gilt vor allem für die Badezimmer. Und die knarrenden Dielen können für Mitreisende etwas störend sein. Aber alles kann letztendlich den Gesamteindruck kaum trüben. Dies gilt auch für die zeitweise Stromabschaltung. Das gibt dem Ganzen eher einen abenteuerlichen Charakter.

Super Acceuil du personnel , hôtel très vieux mal entretenu , literie médiocre , bar sympa , vu exceptionnel le matin au levé du jour … Sur le parking pas mal de petite sorte de marmottes . Vous avez un point de vue au dessus de l’hôtel au départ du parking . les repas moyen , je ne le recommande pas il y a mieux

De Lobo Lodge is grootschalig. Ligt in een prachtige omgeving. De lodge zelf is wel wat gedateerd. Helaas was het zwembad tijdens ons verblijf in maintenance. Diner was prima verzorgd, alleen zaten we met maar 3 tafels in een hele grote (volle) ruimte. Als je buiten de periode van de grote trek komt, houdt er dan rekening mee dat er niet heel veel weggetjes zijn om te rijden (op tracks for africa staan er meer) en op de borden worden circuits aangegeven, maar deze zijn veelal niet begaanbaar (je kan van daaruit wel in ongeveer een 1-2 uur naar de Mara rijden). Dat maakt een verblijf van meerdere dagen minder interessant.
