Scarlet Hotel

Probably my new favourite location and hotel in the UK. From arrival to departure every hotel team member was friendly and helpful, working hard to ensure our stay was perfect. Our room was delightful with a huge freestanding bath, outside garden, gate with access to the hotel grounds and a quirky turret with seating area to enjoy the spectacular sunsets we were blessed with. The hotel has been thoughtfully designed and even though it was full during our stay we always found a peaceful corner to relax, read, play pool or sip our evening drink. The dining room serves delicious breakfasts, with every option possible and the evening meal was exceptional. We were lucky with the weather to enjoy the outside natural pool every day and wander through the gardens directly to the stunning sandy beach. Just a short stroll to a wonderful fish restaurant, which is worth a visit. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and in my opinion it's a top 5* experience all round.

I really dislike hotels, but the Scarlet has a unique informal, but utterly professional feel - nothing is ever too much trouble. Can’t fault it.

The Scarlet is a perfect escape on a lovely quiet beach with top quality amenities great food and excellent service. A truly relaxing experience!

I could not find fault in any aspect of our trip to the Scarlet Hotel. The surroundings, service, food, drinks and mostly staff were exceptional. Our room and the view were to die for. I can't recommend this Hotel more.

Had yet another amazing stay at Scarlett ! Staff, food and location as always amazing ! However, do feel the spa is the weakest element as staff not as helpful as all the others and there isn’t the range of classes I.e Pilates etc that you would expect. Also looking bit tired in places ! Above are small points that management may address and we still had a wonderful stay here !

The Scarlet had been in my bucket list for a long time. Well worth the wait. Did not disappoint. We will be back. One night was not enough!!
