Absolutely beautiful guest house in a perfect location! We stayed with our little one who is 6, he cried because we had to come home, he had so much fun! Agnes and Ghani are the perfect hosts, the time and attention they give to every guest was incredible. The guest house is immaculate, the breakfast was delightful and the hosts are unforgettable. We had a family room, this was perfect for us, my little boy was delighted with his own bed and TV. Even though the guest house was full, you didn’t hear any of the guests it was so quiet especially at night. Agnes and Ghani made our stay so memorable and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Absolutely amazing little place. Agnes and Ghani keep a lovely and clean guesthouse and we felt so welcome. Travelled over 7 hours and Agnes was extremely helpful when we arrived, showing us where to go around Newquay and what activities are available. Cozy rooms, lovely breakfast, friendly owners. Would 100% recommend and we will be back next year. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Excellent hosts. The rooms were lovely and clean everything in you needed to make your stay feel like home. Also had a small fridge in. Breakfast was the best I've had. The location was fab, I didn't have a car but the bus stop outside took us to everywhere we need to go. I would definetly stay again. Lynda and Sophie

We have just returned from visiting Agnes & Ghani’s little gem of a B&B for the fourth year running. When we booked our first ever trip here we never thought we would be booking again year after year. The B&B itself is great accommodation, with free onsite parking, beautiful decor and a very good location. The rooms are spacious, with all the necessities you would need such as tea, coffee, fresh milk, chilled water and toiletries. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are always very clean. We stay as a family and usually take room 5 which comes with a single bed as well as the double. The breakfast choices are great with cooked breakfast, fruit and cereals and the food is freshly cooked every morning by the owner, there is always plenty to fill you up for your day! Agnes & Ghani themselves are so welcoming, knowledgeable of the local area and the best beaches/locations to visit. Nothing is too much trouble and we absolutely love coming here year after year. Highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Very good at recommending local entertainment/activities that were happening close by. Room was clean and equipped with everything you needed. Breakfast was very tasty. Close to beaches and town centre. Would highly recommend and return to.

What a lovely Guest House this is. Comfortable, welcoming and very accommodating. The Hosts were so gracious and couldn’t do enough for you. Great breakfast and only a short walk to the beach.
