The hotel was undergoing a renovation when we came. Although I'm sure the renovation will eventually be nice, there was much to be desired. Firstly, although the listing on ********** said the room slept 5, it slept four and we had to cram three large kids into one bed as there were not trundles or anything provided. There was no seating in the room - when we ate in the room we had to sit on the beds. The beds were so squeaky they woke us up at night from just rolling over. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and bugs also came out of the drain. There was no breakfast even though it said it was provided online on the hotel's website. The worst part was that we were not offered a refund or credit even though the listing was not as described. Will never stay here again. I expect a budget hotel for a budget price, but saying things in the listing that are not true is crossing a line.

We were so disappointed with our room. They put us in the back building where construction and renovation was going on. There were construction materials all around the motel. We asked for a non-smoking room because my husband is asthmatic. We almost couldn't breathe in the hallway to our room it was so dirty and smokey. We think there were families staying in the section we were in...doors open, trash all around the hallway, a grill in the hall. The room looked fairly clean, but the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, there was a live cockroach the drawer, the chair had a hole in the upholstery, the tv didn't work because the cable company was changing cables, and one lamp had blown out bulbs stuck in it and broken off so you couldn't switch bulbs to have a working lamp by the bed.

We booked a deluxe room , shocked to find we were in an old dated room it was dirty and the room stank of smoke . Wallpaper peeling both in bedroom and bathroom , exposed lightbulbs in bathroom and one broken , , flies in room ,air con barely worked so room was hot , dirty and stained mattress base . Big gap under front door . A lot of the hotel was being renovated and builders worked till after 8pm . Skips on car park . Absolute disgrace ,they should have paid us to stay there ,absolutely worst hotel I have ever stayed in . Didn't even feel safe and didn't sleep well ,got up and left early

Our cancellation was rejected after inspecting the property. We were also CHARGED for 2 nights even after we did NOT stay and had to look for a different hotel at 11pm. According to the front desk, they did not have any other option for us (fully-booked was their claim) so we were basically on our own, looking for another property that night, with 2 kids in tow. What was not pictured was the food the roaches we found, and food that was left in the microwave that had bugs. Tripadvisor has a clause that the reviews are subjective but the pictures are pretty self-explanatory.

We arrived on 08/12, the lobby did not have AC and it was bad. We had booked a non smoking room. We checked in and then we went to our room. When we opened the door, it smelled like a HOOKAH BAR stink so bad like cigarettes' and the place did not look anything like the photos. IT WAS REALLY BAD- keep in mind my daughter has bad asthma and walked right out the door and searched for another hotel since we were tired and had just came back from bush gardens. booked another hotel to stay the night. checked out with them and told them to get another room and they said that they were sold out. We left and booked another hotel. I was told that i needed to call Orbitz to get a refund. So on Monday i called Orbitz and they called the Hotel to try to get my refund. It turns out that the people from the hotel told Orbitz that i checked in and checked out the next day. Therefore they couldn't refund me anything. ( which was freaking lie) I did not stay with them at all. i was there for 10 minutes and left to another hotel. Thank god that i showed Orbitz the receipt from the other hotel where i stayed. How dare you lie about me staying with you guys when i reality i did not. Total BS. Watch out people this place lies- Thank you ORBITZ for giving me a voucher since the hotel did not give me a refund.

I would never stay there again. Room had a funny smell and when we got to our room with the suitcases we quickly took them back out to the car because we didn’t want to bring home any COCKROACHES as the whole place was loaded with then 🤢☠️
