Great value and spacious room Great little Small Town Motel, Large rooms great service Excellent for the money

Quaint, clean and cozy! Quaint, clean and updated rooms at this motel stay! Welcoming staff! Comfy beds and clean bathroom! Older tile in bathroom showed wear but nothing that interfered with our stay. Bathroom vent may need cleaned in order to be more effective. Climate control was easy and we were comfortable! Staff was kind and worked quickly to accommodate our requested extra night due to last minute circumstance!

Friendly service from the office staff! And perfect motel amenities for the price point.

Management responsive The cleanliness and renovation attempts are appreciated though some odd choices. We had a tough neighbor and had to deal with manager to get situation handled. Management was responsive and all was fine in the end. We slept well but I wouldn't recommend to a single woman or mom traveling alone with her kids.

The place was very clean and reasonably priced compared to similar places in the area. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave, but no coffeemaker or electric kettle.

Given I didn’t read the reviews before booking this non refundable booking I had to stick with the two night booking I had. The rooms were definitely not matching the pictures online. Rooms were outdated and needs new furniture. Smells a little like grandmas house. The microwave had someone’s exploded dinner on the inside. Someone left bad coffee creamer in the mini fridge. Rug wasn’t as clean as we would like to be and our socks got pretty dirty walking around. One of the beds was definitely broken and when I sat in the edge I would sink significantly and I would slide off. The other bed was ok for the kids, they said they could feel the springs. The hangers were peeling and squeaked. The room was freezing in the dead of winter because the cleaner hadn’t slammed the door to shut it, it took 5 hours to go from under 50 to 68. But once warm it stayed warm. Again, it was noisy because all night you could hear and feel slamming of front doors to get them locked. Service was all self serve, need paper products, soap, or extra towels, go to the office during their hours and ask. You do your own trash. The WiFi is nonexistent as the connection is unstable, that means their tv doesn’t work because of internet issues. The pluses is that the bathroom and beds were as clean as it gets given the age of everything, hot water and a warm room when it gets warmed up. They did do fresh coat of paint on everything. The location is convenient for Sunapee skiing.
