Wow. This hotel was actually better than han I had anticipated.
It's great value.
Rooms are a good size and staff is so helpful.
Also the location is so close to shops and restaurants.

Excellent accommodation! Especially with a short minute walk to St James's Park. This was my 3rd time travelling to Newcastle and I've stayed with the Premier Inn all 3 times

A great place to stay in the heart of the city. We had a spotless room, it was quiet as a mouse and we slept in a super comfy hypnos bed. Love the glass cups (2 jobs in 1) and the nods to recycling. Staff were friendly and helpful. Always the same great value. Thanks

Very handy city centre location close to everything. We were staying over one night to attend 'The Shark is Broken' play at the Theatre Royal which is a ten minute walk away. We received a very friendly welcome from the nice chatty guy on the desk who gave us extra water as we had booked an upgraded room. The room was large, comfortable and had a coffee machine, it was clean and airy. We had the full breakfast the following morning which was excellent, it's the first time we have eaten a Premier breakfast where all the hot food (tomatoes, Mushrooms, eggs, sausages etc) were lovely and warm. Good hotel at a good price. Well done to all.

Great location for exploring the city centre. No parking, however if you book the stowell street car park in advance you get a discount. The hotel is situated in the old Co-op building and you must take a look at the original stairwell. The hotel is located on busy street, however the traffic noise was not noticeable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable we had a great night's sleep. We had an evening meal and breakfast the restaurant was very busy in the evening, the food was good and plenty of it. It was quieter in the morning for breakfast and there was plenty to choose from. We had time to relax before leaving the hotel as check out was not till 12. All told we had a great time and went home chilled.
