overall the hotel was not bad it smelled amazing as soon as you walked in…the room was beautiful only thing i didn’t like was this big white thing inside the room which was kind of weird.Bathroom was beautiful but my toilet seat was really loose.There was a centipede in my room that totally freaked me out…a couple hairs in my bed and in the shower.Breakfast says it starts at 6:30am i went up to the 9th floor exactly at 6:30am and the lady who made the breakfast said it didn’t start till 7am.So i waited came back and ate and the food was horrible literally the sausage was dry and the potatoes were not fully cooked.I give this hotel a 3.8 review just minor changes that’ll make it a full 5 star.The picture i attached is of the centipede that freaked me out.

Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and huge. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. It was abundant and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was great and spacious. but the location is not that close to the airport.

A great sized room and it was nicely decorated. There was a very big shower room and a good shower. Staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Breakfast as absolutely awful, the worst I have had anywhere and if they get this fixed I have no doubt they will get 5 star reviews. Thank goodness we didn’t try the restaurant in the evening. There is absolutely nothing near the hotel so you will need a car or an Uber to eat in the evening or to go anywhere. It is about 10 minutes from the airport.

Our toilet wasn't working too well so that was annoying. They were short staffed in the kitchen for dinner so after a 90 minute wait with no food, we left and went to bed hungry. We ordered a salad and chicken fingers....not difficult. The hotel was packed with people and they spent hours sitting in the restaurant waiting to be fed. The rooms was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Our room was right around the corner from the restaurant and we couldn't hear the noise at all. Breakfast was good.

Emergency overnight due to cancelled flight, arrived late. Reasonable comfort, somewhat overpriced. Check-in good, room clean, good beds and shower, TV remote non funktional and could not get replacement. Breakfast mediochre but filling, my main issue was scarcity of coffee and poor cutlery/paper plates. Cold juice, acceptable bagels and ok waffle. Very good transfer service to airport, overall good service. Overall acceptable for short stays.

I got a good rate so I decided to stay at this hotel for an overnight stay. I flew into the Newark airport and based on the website found out that there is a shuttle service to the hotel. I called the number of the hotel as per their website, only to realize that I was asked to call a different number to request a shuttle service. (The phone number on the website needs a change!) The hotel is fairly new. I was told by the front staff that it was constructed on a parking lot. The first few floors are for parking, and the rooms are on the top 2 floors, and the restaurant/breakfast area is on the topmost floor. The hotel itself is in the SNAP parking lot, so a SNAP shuttle picks you up and drops you off in front of the hotel. You can also use the space as an airport parking spot. The room was very clean. Showers were modern. Coffee maker, refrigerator, iron table standard. The surrounding area is an industrial setting. I definitely recommend this hotel.
