Comfort Inn Latham/Albany North

房間太小，早餐樣式也很單一，不過服務很熱情

I did not like anything. Dark, dingy, scary. Staff person at the desk was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by question of how to find the elevator. It was confusing set up to find elevator and room. I stayed one night and left. Lost money.

Breakfast was great but chairs in dining room ALL sag and my thighs hit the wood; the few benches are more comfortable. Hot water in evening in lobby was cold. Could not keep heat regulated in room all night and froze or sweat. There was NO PLACE in the room to set our suitcases; the usual bench was gone and no folding baggage holders.

Bathroom was dirty upon entering it was poop left in toilet, it was dirty linen and stains on couches

Our stay was everything described. We were greeted with a very friendly and competent agent that assigned us our 7 rooms with ease and accuracy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with something to accommodate various palates. The rooms were very clean and we perfect for us.

The staff so nice with the customer except one woman work as house keeping she was not nice

Everything about this property is Excellent . However maybe breakfast should end at 10 instead of 9:am.

Didn’t enjoy my stay all at. I talked to the staff while checking in and mentioned that I was a very light sleeper and if it was possible to have a room that they felt would be in quite area of the hotel. I was assigned a room and was assured that it would be quite. At around 6:30pm, I went to see if I could use the pool and that was impossible. Not only was the hotel lobby completely full of kids (I mean FULL), when we went to see the pool, most of the them were acting like fools, jumping in, being obnoxious, and really didn’t seem to care about the safety of people around them. As such, I decided to skip it. I asked the front desk what was going on and was told that a football team of teenagers was staying at this hotel tonight and not only that, the hotel also agreed to let a huge group of kids from a hotel down the street come use their pool facility as the other hotel had a problem with theirs. Due to our hotel letting guests from other hotel use their facilities, a hotel i am staying in and paid for, prevented me from using it. The pool facility was not useable at all with it being jam packed with those other NON guests. Next, my room was placed directly FACE TO FACE with some of the teenagers of the football team. In the evening as I was trying to unwind and relax from a long day, i had to listen to them running up and down the halls acting like fools making noise, yelling, and doors slamming constantly. Was woken up at 6am by them again making noise.

First room we were sent to reeked of smoke. It seemed like they may have had an issue there with that unfortunately. We literally only stayed there for the pool and it wasn't open for half of our stay. There were no lounge chairs at the pool and no clean towels as well.
