They was cool even tho we was late at check out they didn’t mind

บริการของโรงแรมดีมากๆ พอใจมาก ห้องพักก็ดี เตียงนิ่ม สะอาด แต่สภาพแวดล้อม บริเวณแถวนั้นไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่ ไกลจากที่เที่ยว นั่งรถไฟนานกว่า 40 นาที

the hotel basement flooded and I was forced to leave the hotel even though I paid for more nights and I was not refunded

When I reached the hotel stay itself was not available. The hotel management mentioned they renovated the property last week and we didn’t receive any prior notice either from the hotel or *******. and we were left stranded in the middle of the night. The hotel management then sent to an alternative place but there were no vacant rooms in that place either. This is the most unsafe and unpleasant experience I have ever faced especially in a city I’m visiting for the first time.

The hotel was lovely. It was very close to shops, a laundry mat & public transportation. The staff were very nice, helpful, approachable & easy to talk too. We only used the hotel to sleep in & it served its purpose fine. The staff, condition of the hotel & the shopping made it a very nice stay.

Even though the room is very small,the hotel is clean ,safe and with good staffs,i enjoyed my stay

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The water pressure is great. Its not a quiet area but safe and clean

The room was very small. There was no closet. Check in was easy. Our first room had no shower curtain, so we had to move rooms. They supplied soap shampoo and conditioner. There was a sign that said if you forgot something see the front desk, however they didn’t have toothbrushes.

Clean ,well kept I am at peace,friendly staff .I will stay there Next time I am in nyc.
