a less than basic hostel rather than a hotel.tgere is line for the toilets as there are only 3 on each floor serving many many rooms.while there i had a serious accident due to a badly maintained shower glass door.as i tried to shut it it fell on me breaking and cutting me in several parts of my legs.the elevator is frequently out of service and the tvs in the rooms play only recorder and not live tv.the internet is another negative experience we gad as it was for 4 days out of service.the business appears to run by south american personnel that they also come across as holding an anti LGBT view.p making it a setiously LGBT unfriendly.all in all book somewhere else

Back for second time and it's even better than the first.to cut a long story short if NY is on your travel plan and looking for a clean,safe and rate competitively place to stay hotel 99 is for you.3 blocks from subway express lines 2 and 3 and local 1.excellent, professional staff.

The hotel is a sham. I booked a double room and got a single room. Made the booking via trip.com and they were no help whatsoever. When I asked them to give me a double room (because well that’s what I paid the money for right) I was asked to pay more money and would still get the room for only 13 days out of a possible 30 days of my stay and they expected to move out again for the last couple of days of my stay. So it basically meant changing rooms 3 times for me and pay more for something which I was already charged. No one at the front desk knows anything. The laundry machines work but cannot get a card to do the laundry coz surprise surprise the machine to put the money in is full. The heating is awful. They’ve covered the air conditioning with some sort of plastic through which air is passing through. It’s December and freezing outside and we’ll I’ve got no option because the room is non refundable. Trip.com and the hotel management are scamming people here. I’m living a nightmare here in the hotel. I’m sorry but my advise would be to steer clear of this pathetic hotel and it’s management.

Hôtel très bien situé à 9 mn de Central Park, 5 mn de Riverside Park, 3 mn du métro, on arrive à Harlem en 10 mn, Times Square en 15 mn de porte à porte. Quartier très sympathique, familiale, en se sent en sécurité à toute heure. Le personnel est adorable, ils sont tous aux petits soins et disponible. Je n’ai pas eu à réclamer quoi que ce soit en 1 mois. Tout est toujours propre. La chambre est confortable bien équipée et fonctionnelle, grande salle de bain. Les trois cuisines de l’hôtel sont équipées d’ustensiles pour cuisiner. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. J’y retourne en famille à Noël et je pense que j’irai à chacun de mes voyages à New York car le rapport qualité prix est excellent et on s’y sent comme chez soi.
