Excellent, clean and the check in and out process were no fuss. Most of all, because a lot of the services were self-service I felt respected as a client to take care of myself and I never felt like the staff was babysitting me like at other mid to high range hotels. When there was something we needed a staff member was right there to be super helpful and kind.

The Citizen M is a spotlessly clean and bright hotel with great staff and an amazing interior. It's steps away from. Broadway and Times Square. I'd definitely stay again. Love the iPads in the rooms to control lights, temperature, blinds etc. A great place to stay!

I took my nieces, who are 18 and 16, and the vibe in the lobby is just so cool and energizing. The rooms were clean and the check in and out was easy.

Liked the iPad use to control the room. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Check in and out very simple. Staff very friendly.
Good size bed but a bit difficult to get in and out as bed is against the wall.

Really acceptable stay at CitizenM. Highlights : proximity to great subway lines, quiet rooms despite being near Times Square, very friendly and helpful staff. Free water, great comunal sitting area, cool vibes. Watch outs : rooms are small-small (this isn’t a hang out in your room hotel this is a room is for sleeping only hotel), proximity to Times Square, no during-stay cleaning service.
Overall if it fits your budget and travel style I’d happily recommend!

The room was small, but well appointed. It had everything you want in a hotel room. Location was close to just about any place you'd want to go. 1 minute walk to Getshwin theatre. The only negative is that there are only 2 charging ports in the room and they charge very slowly. Also, if you are rooming with a friend, you may not like that fact that the shower is frosted glass with a sheer curtain that you can close. CitizenM- I would recommend an opaque curtain for rooms for this situation.
