N*** khi trả phòng, tôi đã không thể chờ để phàn nàn về khách sạn Hyatt này. Ngoại trừ sảnh đợi trông giống như khách sạn bốn sao, phần còn lại đều tệ hơn khách sạn hạng phổ thông. Quầy lễ tân làm việc chậm, phải xếp hàng dài để làm thủ tục nhận phòng và không có nhiều người ra phục vụ. Phòng cũ, phòng tắm hỏng và nhỏ, chỉ một người có thể đi vòng tròn trong đó và có mùi hôi thối. Không hút bụi nên tóc trong phòng tắm vẫn còn đó sau khi vệ sinh. Có những vết bẩn rõ ràng trên khăn tắm và vỏ gối có mùi mồ hôi chưa giặt. Chiếc chăn dự phòng đã cũ và có hai lỗ. Service is bad, location is good, the other things are not bad

I tried to cancel but they wouldn’t let cancel and kept my deposit. I didn’t stay in the hotel but they kept my money. I didn’t want to stay in the hotel because of the extra fees they charged upon arrival. I lost over 400 dollars. They still won’t give my money back.

Brand new hotel and in prime location.

位置優越四通八達非常便捷，房間寬敞，一房兩廳兩衞帶酒吧。但本以為寬大的客廳有沙發床結果並沒有，經溝通免費加了一個小床。如果3-4人出行此房型不如兩間聯通房。

總體不錯， 服務、 乾淨、設施都不錯。 衹是沒有國內同等價格水平好。 照例沒有洗漱用具、沒有拖鞋、 沒純凈水， 也不送水果。 早餐也是標準的咖啡、培根、火腿腸等。 唯一創新是給15美金零花錢可以買點吃的。
