Cute 1 bedroom with a full-size bathroom with shower. Large mini-fridge, K-cup coffee maker, and microwave. Some dishes and utensil provided. Private dock. Great for Snowbirds or Corporate employees. Boaters Paradise located on the Cotee River about .5 mi from the open Gulf. Bring your fresh catch (grouper, tuna, Mahi, snook, sheepshead, and more) and, throw it on the grill. Giant outside property on the river with dock access.
Surrounded by several tiki bars within kayaking distance. Can also, kayak to downtown, Sims Park, Durney Key, Anclote Key, and several sandbars.
There are several places close by to rent kayaks, boats, paddle boards, and bicycles.
Visit downtown New Port Richey with several new restaurants, breweries, and bars. Check out Sims Park for festivals and concerts. TryTropical Breeze Casino.
