The service could have been better. We asked for additional towels and they never came. Someone was banging on our door in the middle of the night on Saturday night. We called down to the front desk but never heard back from them. Wait at the restaurant for food was way too long.

Very nice eclectic hotel that represents the history and culture of NOLA. Comfortable and pleasant!

We loved the Ace hotel! They were able to allow us an early check in. The bar was so cute and the drinks yummy. The staff was wonderful!

I had a great time with my gf; the property is clean and the suites decor really stands out. Nice having a restaurant on site even though we didnt use it, but theres also a coffee shop which we did use.
Its close to most atractions, and are is relative safe; but most important was the staff, everyone was so nice, attentive, and helpful.

The staff was polite, but the room was in poor condition. The AC had to be serviced; our blinds were broken and shut. The hotel had a water main break, which resulted in no water one night and low water pressure for another 24 hours, and our travel companions were stuck in one of the elevators when it malfunctioned and continued to be out of commission for the rest of the day. We would have enjoyed our stay much more if the property had been in good repair. The amenities and decor were lovely. This and the friendliness of the staff were the only things about the stay that would commend me to consider staying at the property again.

The room was small and the floor sticky. We went one day without running water. Staff was excellent though.

Only good experience I had while staying was the pretty lobby. As soon as we got to our room we realized there was no water in our bathroom and the front desk allowed us to pay for our room without mentioning the entire hotel was having water issues due to a pipe leak. When we asked when the water would be fixed the front desk replied “I don’t know I’m not an engineer”. Wasn’t fixed until the next morning, but then there was only one working elevator. Also got a text asking to refrain from running any water in our room. Rooms were just dirty, hair and slimy floors. Thankfully we were told we could get a refund for the two nights we booked and finished our stay in Nola at a different hotel.

Room Service could be offered at odd hours, even if it's just basic menu items.
Pet policy was very much appreciated.
