Maison Perrier Bed & Breakfast

This is a great place to stay if you want to visit New Orleans!! It is in a great location, close to food, music and the streetcar!! Tom is very knowledgeable about the area, super duper accommodating, and has a great, super thoughtful staff that makes you feel right at home!! Morning breakfast was homemade and hit the spot! Again, another way that Tom and his staff made us feel at home. Neighborhood was also very nice, walking home at 3 or 4 am was no problem at all!!! We felt very safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Maison Perrier. The location was convenient for walking to the Garden District and some places on Magazine Street. It was also convenient for catching the streetcar to the French Quarter. We felt safe walking in the area. We had no issues with parking our rental car. Most of the time, we were able to park in the driveway; however, there was ample street parking. The included breakfast was good. We especially enjoyed the mini quiches. We stayed in the Lillian room. It was huge! The bed was comfortable, though rather squeaky. The large bathroom has a whirlpool tub, 2 sinks and a big shower. Conditioning shampoo and bar soap were provided. The towels were great! The bed and breakfast was clean. The staff was friendly. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Maison Perrier is a great B & B. Every aspect is first class. It’s in a great location and close to several great restaurants. The hosts, Tom and Patricia are incredibly helpful and friendly. I would stay there again without hesitation. You won’t be disappointed.

We could not have had a better stay in New Orleans. Tom and Patricia were outstanding hosts - great communication before and during the visit, and extremely friendly and helpful. The b&b has all the old charm that makes NOLA such a great place to visit. And it's an excellent location in the city but away from the madness of the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again.

Where to start. We stayed at the Claudette room - it was amazing. Clean, beautiful, spacious (we were so surprised, the room was just as advertised!). But I digress. Lets start with the personalized attention we received. We were taken care of even before we arrived. Tom was amazing and he was ready for us when we arrived. Communication is always key and he knows it. Patricia’s attention was amazing, her quiches are delicious!! Tom and Patricia really are a power couple in my eyes. Parking not an issue, quiet, friendly atmosphere, close to everything. This place is now our favorite and will stay here again.
