Reasonable hotel and services located across from the convention CENTER and near the elevated expressway. Limited amenities at this location especially when there is not a heated pool or large fitness area. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful however the valet people were unable to locate a luggage cart in the morning of our departure. It appeared they were not interested in finding them for us and asked us to try later. We did. Still no carts. Unacceptable really. The front desk was notified but we’re also unable to locate any luggage carts.

Wonderful experience! Staff was friendly! Rooms were clean. Very accommodating and close to everything!the staff even let me use their computer when mine was not working!

Very nice place. It was very clean and staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommended.

Incredible that I arrived and the hotel make me pay 45 dollars to be able to use the parking Arguing that mandatory I need to use their valet parking. I will never use Hilton

酒店位置不錯，離碼頭很近，那裡有奧特萊斯商場，食街有一家中餐快餐。酒店門口一邊有三個車位免費停車，另一邊8點後免費停車。衹要有車位就可停。酒店早餐麪包雞蛋牛奶可麗餅牛肉餅，還算豐富，但每天一樣。酒店房間有些舊，微波爐壞的，不能用，其他都還好，衞生乾淨。

El hotel está bien ubicado, es limpio y se acomoda al precio, lo único q no destaco es el precio del parqueadero, una noche vale 48 dólares.. es el precio normal eso si, sin embargo allí se pierde el valor del hotel.

不推薦，價格貴，服務不好。

Pros: excellent front desk staff, decor was welcoming and warm, convention center is across the street, good breakfast, although it’s a bit congested at the waffle bar (hey, ya gotta have waffles…) Cons: Valet/Concierge staff were not very helpful as we were struggling with our bags; did not offer a baggage carriage, had to walk all the way to front desk to ask for one, only to be informed h they were at the valet station!

Hotel room smelled old and musty. The huge gap under the door to hallway made it very noisy. Found hairs in tub and on wall of shower. Would not stay there again.

There was a humid smell in the hotel. Also I would recommend for the hotel to put at least 2 bottle of water in the room

It is small bit convenient and easy to navigate. The rooms were nice and ours had a kitchen

The additional cost for a ready room because we arrived early instead of just giving us a room they charged us $25.00 instead of allowing us to use my Hilton Honors points
