The facilities were very clean and the breakfast expansive, though some unusual breakfast choices ( shredded chicken). Small water bottles available for pick up free at any time. What was disappointing, and made me regret the price we paid, was the room furnishings were old and tattered. There’s not a USB port in the room. The mattresses are so worn out they have put plywood under them. The thermostat is even the old slide version. The refrigerator is noisy. While it is a good location it is just overpriced for the condition.

The frying pan supplied was warped to the extend you could not use it on the cooktop. Fortunately, we had a pan with us. There was very limited flatwear. There wasn’t any trash cans in the unit either. The front desk associate was very friendly at checkin,

We stayed at this Residence Inn in Santa Fe while on a 6 week vacation. During this trip we stayed at several Residence Inn properties. The Santa Fe location is in a nice, convenient area. The property grounds are really well kept and beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast buffet is the best we had in the whole trip. The rooms, however, are dated and a bit grungy. The drapes were dusty and faded, the walls had marks, the wood trim in the bathroom was rotted away at the bottom. The A/C was inconsistent and we were either hot or cold. If you have mobility issues be sure to contact the hotel ahead of time as most of the ground floor rooms had stairs to access the rooms and the sidewalks are narrow with uneven surfaces. The second floor rooms only have stairs to access the room, no elevator. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay but I felt it was overpriced for the condition of the room.

Everything from check in to check out was handled professionally and with a smile. Very good free breakfast, (way better than most). Good location central to Santa Fe. Easy to downtown as well as other city highlights. I recommend, I’d stay there again for sure!

The hotel has seen better days but overall it’s a decent place with a nice pool and friendly staff. The rooms are tired and need updating. The couch and easy chairs in the LR are OLD and uncomfortable. The lights are all very dim, and some didn’t even have working bulbs. The carpet is in dire need of replacing. Breakfast was plentiful and varied everyday including fresh fruit and baked goods. Pool was surprisingly lovely!

The facility was great. The penthouse suite has a great layout. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with local foods and groceries. Rooms were clean! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable. The Residence Inn is located close to the Plaza and Canyon Road attractions. It’s an easy drive to all of Santa Fe!

Clean, quiet, well maintained. Hot tub had jets that reminded me of an angry sea…woo-wee what what a turbulent soak.👍🏻 The towels in the room were thin, the bath gel was empty, the coffee could be stronger but overall a relaxing stay. Thank you.

While the property is a little dated, it is well maintained and about to undergo a significant refresh. The staff are some of the best and friendliest in the industry. The breakfast has local foods - it's not just premade stuff from Sysco - and delightful. I recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the Santa Fe area.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. We always like the place. My only complaint is your breakfast needs to be improved. I never eat it. My big compliment goes out to Roberta. She has helped me on several of my visits and she is terrific. She greets the guests with great enthusiasm and genuine feelings. I had a couple of small problems that she fixed. I think she should be recognized for her true hospitality.
