Logan Inn

We arrived on a Friday night with reservations for four and were seated promptly. The decor is very attractive. However, the dinning room is rather noisy so to have a conversation have to talk a little louder than would like. Our server was attentive. The menu was not very extensive and when we were told the special was a 16 oz steak for over $100 we decided on something else. The drinks were good, but on the expensive side. One in our group had the salad with Shrimp. One special was sesame encrusted tuna which one of us had and he said was very good. My wife had the pork chop which she also thought was very good. I had the Osso buco chicken which was rather dry. Need some sauce or gravy. Most unique part of the chicken was the way it was presented with one leg in the air. Overall felt the meal was decent, but overpriced. Since we were seated next to the area where the meals were put under heating lamps waiting to be served, did get to see number of entrees and the best looking was the hamburger.

This inn has so much going on. Very fun vibe. Rooms are spotless and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ashley, the front desk manager, goes above and beyond. She made our stay on Mother’s day weekend absolutely spectacular.

The room was awesome. Very spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful meal at the restaurant followed by a relaxing cocktail at the Whiskey Bar. The bartender, Randy , was not only a pleasure to talk to, but he also made the best Old Fashioned that I ever had in my life. And of course, I had to order a second one. Great experience and we will certainly be back.

We had a wonderful stay (as usual) at the Logan Inn. We actually had a hiccup with a reservation in our group (not on the Logan's end) but Ashley R. at the front desk, came to the rescue! The rooms are amazing, the bar is perfect, and getting your car is a breeze. Plan ahead and keep an eye on the rates for the best prices, but always a pleasure to stay for a weekend away!

I was a guest at the Logan Inn in Room 15. The sleeping accommodations were adequate but the current system for HVAC does not allow for a comfortable night's sleep because it was either too hot when the heat was on or too cold when it was off - there was no moderate option. My bigget concern relates to the dangerous situation i had in my bathroom. The rainhead shower was not functioning so the only option was to use the handheld wand. The handheld wand does not allow for a fixed stream of water and only sprays up towards the ceiling because of the water pressure. During my shower, the brass wand became detached and hit the ceiling with great force. When the piece landed on the shower floor. The plastic handle broke into pieces. The result was a stream of water blasting the ceiling until I shut rhe water off. I had a head full of shampoo so I had to reattach the wand. If the wand had been directed differently and hit me, I could have been seriously injured. The hotel did not have anyone in management on site so I was directed to email the general manager and to expect a response before i checked out. Her name was Maggie Smith and I emailed right away. It's been two months and I still haven't received a response. I was not looking for any type of compensation but acknowledgment would have been appropriate. I prefer to stay in hotels that have a higher level if standards in their operations and customer service.

Perfect location, extremely convenient, and really beautiful hotel! It was so nice and everything was so clean and well kept! I stayed on the hood store side in the room was really great! Simple but had everything I needed. Beautifully decorated! Everything about the entire hotel feels so preserved in terms of its history while also being nice, well cut, and up-to-date.Amazing day and highly recommended!
