Hyatt Delhi Residences

Check in process was slightly slow. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Wide variety of food. Located in aerocity a very modern new part of Delhi. Very close to the airport and also Yashobhumi.

I was here for a business trip and I should say, it was a very pleasant stay of 4 nights. From ensuring a smooth check-in to my food restrictions and most importantly housekeeping tolerating all my tantrums/ requests. A special mention to Mr. Suman Kant, housekeeping manager, who took care of each and every request I had made - be it with respect to cleaning of my room to type of pillow etc etc etc. He was there to ensure I do feel at home. Thank you Suman for making it a great stay.

This was a really expensive apart-hotel for the quality and service. The reception and service personnel are really barebones and the entry looks like a small office building. But even if the actual room and service were good it would make sense. The third bedroom in a 3-bed apartment had a horrible sofa cum bed. But they were nice to get us an extra bed and also add one later. But it should not even have been required. The bed was good and firm with quality pillows and mattress. The lobby matt was coming off and I was nearly tripping there. Shocking was at this price, breakfast was also not included. The toilettries, the absence of any phones for service, the overall experience was inadequate for the price. At this price, we were expecting a lot more, also coming from Hyatt.

I have come here for a month and the worst part is the gym. The gym has one wall which is of large glass panes which get very heated in the Delhi October heat. I generally go there at 11 when the Delhi October heat is at its peak but the attendants keep the temperature at 24 degrees centigrade. On repeatedly requesting I was given a reply that other guests may feel cold. So by that logic the whole hotel should run on fans. I don’t understand the logic behind saving on electric bills especially in the hottest region of the hotel which is the spa. I have heard of people dying of stroke due to extreme heat exhaustion but never of cold

Thank you Ankur kumar for the best room service. The hotel will not provide laundry and shoe shining service, 24-hour room service and complimentary Internet access (great for working from your hotel room).

We stayed in Hyatt Andaz Aerocity for 4 days from 10-13th June 2023 with my mom . Our experience was way better than what we would’ve expected and our experience was absolutely up to the mark without a modicum of doubt. From check in to check out everything was smooth and a nice , good experience one can ask for . I’d like to extend my gratitude to certain people who made our stay quite memorable and unforgettable in every pleasing way. Thanks to -Ms Pritika, to Ms Simron and I’d like to thank to Ms Preet Grewal( Guest experience manager.) From housekeeping Dept Is like to thank to Mr. Chetan who was very efficient hard working and polite as well. Unfortunately I had a slightly different and bit bad experience at Juniper bar. I love Their Juniper bar more like a pub which is an incredible and awesome place to have some nicest time or for some good old time reminisce. It’s a br where you could go with friends or just by yourself and you won’t feel bored because you’d have a vast varieties of different flavors of Gins from fruity to spiced up flavour. Anyway long story short, I walked in that bar around late evening about 10:45pm on 12th June and I was alone and wanted to sit by myself . There was a bar tender named - (Abhay) although he recommended me some good Gins and I’d them. But the thing irked me a bit the way he was being over friendly and stared asking me a bit personal questions and asked me even if it were completely fine with me he’d be tagged ***** for traveling with me abroad . I know bar tenders should have people’s skills but someone being a bit over friendly and you don’t know him at all would be an unprofessional thing and off the track thing. Except that time I’ve had an absolute amazing time and no other complaints or anything bad. It was a perfect stay for me and for my mom as well as everything went well.
