Very close to Airport , staff is very nice. Over all it was a great stay. I would surely recommend this place for a stay near Airport. This hotel has taxi service and room service available round the clock. They also have a restaurant adjacent to the hotel and food is very delicious

If you are taking a flight from terminal 1 this hotel is perfect.5 minutes walk to the terminal. But if you want to take a flight from terminal 2 or 3, hotels in Aero City may be more convenient. To terminal 2 or 3 hotel taxi can take you with 580 rupees. Hotel taxi driver can pick you up at terminal 2 or 3. But you have to be careful where you meet the driver. I had difficulty in communicating with the driver. With the help of local people, finally I could spot the driver. Hotel is comfortable. My suite room had a balcony facing terminal 1. Room is spacious enough. WiFi not connecting well . Shower water was lukewarm . Food menu is limited ( no non vegetarian)and rather overpriced. Service is good. Warm and helpful staff.

The stay was good. We stayed for 3 days and it was good. Room service was a little slow sometimes but overall good experience. We had a pleasant stay. Staff was helpful especially the front desk. Kailash ki helped us a lot and was very supportive.

Cons- 1. The reception staff is rude and blunt. They are expert at arguing and do not respect customers point of view. It was disgusting talking to them. 2. They are a bunch of liars. They don't admit and stand by what they speak. I had problems with my check out time extension request at the reception and also when i requested to refill drinking water in the room. 3. They don't provide pair of towels, soaps, complimentary water upfront until one requests. I had a cheap experience when I asked to refill regular water in my room. Room service replied that I need to buy water as their RO plant is not working. When i insisted to supply complimentary bottles they returned with regular water stating that they made some arrangements. So be prepared for such incidents. Mind that the staff can reply anything and later they don't agree to what they said. 4. The food cost is on the higher side. 5. Window AC which was noisy, old fittings in the bathroom, low water pressure. Pros- 1. The hotel location is very near to T1 terminal and busses are available for T1 and T2 terminals at walking distance on the opposite side of the hotel. 2. The rooms and bathroom were spick and span. 3. The food quality is good. Overall only the location and room was good but the behavior of people doesn't match the quality. My experience was very poor. I will not recommend the hotel to anyone unless one wants to stay too close from the airport. They charged 5600 for a deluxe room. There are ***y more hotels available at less cost and better reviews than this one. It would be better to avoid this!

Great spot for an overnight stay before a flight out of terminal 1. Easy 5 minute walk from terminal 1. Plenty of hot water and WiFi was great (our room was just off the lobby). We checked in very late (4am) and staff were ready for us. Very clean. A second towel and bottled water would have been nice to have in the room. And ear plugs - neighborhood is noisy. But I slept great. Would absolutely stay again.

Cleanliness is the one attracting factor which I have to mention very specifically.... kudos and keep it up! From the amenities perspective, need to look into the options of adding dental kit, 2 bottles of drinking water.....Option of an extra towel would have been better....

It is an older hotel, and the furnishings definitely show their age. But what it lacks in polish, it co****sates with the very kind attention from the wonderful staff and the perfect location for those flying into or out of Terminal 1. Most important, the price is consistent with the standards. Why 4 stars rather than 5? Good wifi throughout the property is an expectation nowadays, even in a medium-grade property, but I could only connect from the lobby and restaurant on the ground floor. Also, better soundproofing is expected in an airport hotel. But it met my needs, and I would stay there again under similar circumstances. A bonus is that it is enjoyable to walk around the surrounding neighborhood, full of shops that seem to be popular with airport workers.
