Rooms are clean and decent. Food and location wise it's very good. Close to the metro. However, the hotel manager didn't seem very helpful or friendly. Either way, it's a decent hotel with good pricing. So not much there to care.

I was allotted Room No 104 on second floor. The charges were little bit high due to location at CP inner circle. High rates paid parking (approximately Rs. 500 for 24 hours) is available there. I didn't see any lift there. The first problem what we faced was the unlawful behaviour of person at front desk/reception. He told me that only the females of more than 25 years of age are allowed in Hotel. I showed him my advocate ID and informed him that the legal provision provides that any person having the age of 18 years or more is permitted but to my utter surprise, he refused to accept this legal provision. Food taste and quality was good. Cleanliness of room was average. Property is carefully maintained. Better hotels deals are available nearby for similar charges; we couldn't change because of MMT rule of "non-cancellable booking". Suggested for persons, who want to enjoy and explore CP circle market and nearby locations.

My wife and i stayed at jukaso inn in connaught place, delhi, on the 15th and 16th of this month, and we had a wonderful experience. *location* the hotel is ideally located in the heart of delhi, connaught place, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It’s close to major attractions, shopping areas, and a variety of dining options, which made our stay very enjoyable. *room* we stayed in a deluxe room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was particularly comfortable, and we appreciated the modern amenities provided. The room had a cozy ambiance, which made our stay pleasant. *service* the service at jukaso was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff was attentive, courteous, and eager to assist us with any needs. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions, which enhanced our experience. *cleanliness* cleanliness is a top priority for us, and jukaso inn did not disappoint. The entire property, including our room and common areas, was impeccably clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. *issues* the rooms are small but quite good for the price. *overall* overall, our stay at jukaso inn was delightful. The combination of its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service makes it an excellent choice for anyone visiting delhi. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the city.

Arrival experience: the general manager initially was quite stern and rigid in not offering a late departure. We asked, maximum until what time can late departure be offered without charge. Max until 12:00 pm was offered. On the day of departure a reception executive offered until 1pm. Please improve your customer interaction for better experiences. The room was stinking of moisture smell, plus there were hair strands on the bed on arrival to the room and we refused to stay. Provided immediate feedback to mm t support. Post which the general manager of the hotel cross question is that why we called mmt. This was quite absurd as where we booked from they must be informed first. Nonetheless, 1 hour later another room was offered. This was much better and no smell. We didn’t want to have breakfast because of the initial experience. Decided, better to have outside the hotel. Will not return to this hotel. Lacking is customer service and interaction

Nothing is good here and everything is bad. Seriously i had the worst experience of hotel olon my life. Specially behaviouro of front desk *** as well as ac in room.

Service is poor, rooms are small if we compare it with the tariff also housekeeping, staff are many thumbs down. If with senior members avoid because there are too many steps stairs. They hesitate in giving room kits, water and make you feel uncomfortable. Not a helpful staff, at reception people are rude and even at late checkin they take long time in allotting rooms. From pictures it's tough to identify the rooms, rooms are small and staff is not good at all

Bad service! poor management and too many stairs. After reaching post 3pm i had to wait for 45mins to get a small room. Room service is terrible and one has to call to different numbers to get the things done. I wish i never get a situation wherein i have to stay in this hotel. Its really a pain. Asking for water makes them nervous and they may not give you. After so many questions i gave up on asking bottles fr-in them. Bad and pathetic too many stairs for senior people & after paying they may not give you water and hesitate in giving dental kit and easy stay. Try for some place near vfs if with parents, staff is not friendly.

The ac condition was not good and the customer response was too bad. Cost to be reduced and facilities provided by the hotel to be improved

The room is not worthy or value for money, but the location is prime. Amenities are not satisfactory

Everything was good except the fact the room was supposed to be a double bed room. Every-time i entered the room it smelt like cigarettes.

Service was slow and not up to the mark. When i stayed there summer was on its peak. When i checked in the room i asked the staff to provide me cold water bottle but they said we don’t have cold water, we just put water bottle in the fridge. After an hour i asked again and to my amusement they answered the same, not available. They didn’t even put a single bottle in my room’s fridge in advance instead kept it on the table. There was a short guy with the specs on the reception who was rude. He was loud and harsh while saying anything you ask, things that he could have said politely otherwise. You can get better hotels for this price in nearby area.

I have stayed for one night. Room was not well maintained. Since i was only one person to stay, the room allotted me was very small and not well maintained.
