Crowne Plaza NEW DELHI OKHLA by IHG

First time staying here for Delhi. Location is good, however the aircon seems to be unable to control well. Even when i turn it all up and its still too cold. On the other hand the bed is toug

Hotel is clean and has good facilities although Okhla is an industrial area so not much to do around the hotel. My primary reason for staying here was it's close proximity to Apollo hospital since I had a few appointments there over 2 to 3 days. Pool is decent. Hotel service could be improved. What annoyed me most about the hotel was their constant calls about "discounts at their restaurants" even though I had repeatedly asked not to call about it since I was eating out all the time!

The location is chaotic and not really central to anything. Lots of security though. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good too

Good hotel with a great view. Seems a bit far from center so you need taxi everywhere.
