Load up the golf cart with your beach chairs, and cooler (no glass), then roll down the hill, make one right turn and stop before you come to the edge of the dune. Need to cool off and get out of the sun? Head down to the fully finished basement! Full length billiards table has new professionally installed slate/felt for hours of fun.
