We had an excellent time. Quiet room, comfy bed, close to all the downtown life of New Bern. Staff are awesome and helpful. We are already planning next year's stay for a longer vacation. Prices are affordable and we love this location. Now that my wife is disabled we worried about over pricing for her needs. Not here, everything was accessible and wheel chair friendly. I'm so glad we chose Bridge Pointe Hotel and Marina. Check It Out!!

I’ve stayed at the BridgePointe hotel many times and I have never been disappointed with their service, cleanliness or the wonderful hot breakfast buffet!! The pool is always ready when the weather is appropriate.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. We love the location, breakfast, and price. However, the condition of our room this time was really poor. The room door gave us difficulty in latching and locking. The bathroom door would not latch closed. The towel shelf above the toilet was hanging at an angle and loose on the wall. A grab bar in the shower was not connected on one end. Pretty embarrassing condition, actually. They need to do some serious updates and maintenance.

The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff very helpful and polite. The area the where the hotel was located was beautiful. Overall the hotel experience was wonderful and I would stay at Bridge Point Marina against when in town.

Stayed x2 nights they have the water to the entire building turned off. The are doing construction at 06:00am toilets no flush no shower this place needs to be closed to the public I want a refund

Check in was quick and easy. The desk person was friendly and helpful. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, leading to some mess in common areas. My room was large, well-maintained, and clean. They do want a $100 security fee, supposedly refunded at checkout, not a system I'm happy with.

I got stuck between floors on the elevator, housekeeping was slow on refilling my toilet paper ( two days and only after I cornered the maid), water was cut off from 10:30 until 4:00 one day, the morning I left there was no hot water. To be fair however, I blame all of this on the remodeling they were doing during my stay

Under complete renovation. Wish we knew that. Breakfast ok but jackhammers all day. Limited internet and tv. No hair dryer.

Even though they are going through renovations the property is clean and quiet. Great value with excellent friendly staff.

Under construction, should have been done a long time ago, our tub looked so bad we wouldn’t use it . Musky smell in our room, like mold, I have allergies, they did spray disinfectant after I mentioned it to them. Would like to commend lady working breakfast on Saturday she was great(elderly black lady)

Was there for business. Upon check in wifi was not working. Called the front desk and was told they had just left.they called back and said it would be up in 1 hour. 3 days later still no wifi. They are slapping some paint on to revive property, but that does not fix the rocking toilet and shower valves about to fall off wall. The whole placenis just dirty and run down.

Hotel was being renovated, should have been notified at time of booking. Poor breakfast.

Nice location, but they did not advertise they are remodeling the facility. The paint fumes were obviously heavier then originally thought as we awoke to having headaches, which dissipated after we were out if the main facility. Room security for door was an old chain latch. And luke warm hot water.. If you can call it that. Room layout was nice and comfortable as well as the bed. Breakfast was fairy plentiful and hot.
