However, we apologize for any inconvenience you faced regarding the parking situation. Our hotel does offer on-site parking for free and a parking spot in the parking garage at €14.00 per day. We understand that it can get full at times. As for the reception experience, we strive to provide excellent service to all our guests, including IHG Gold members, and we will take your feedback into account to improve our service. Moreover, we understand that the style of our hotel may not be to everyone's taste, but we continuously work on maintaining and updating our facilities to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
