On Trip it showed that they had a spa and full service breakfast, the place offered neither of these things, we were informed by the staff that Trip.com was aware of this but kept it on the site anyway. We were very disappointed, and the walls in the bathroom and next to the refrigerator were very dirty.

Staff was friendly and the check in was smooth. Hotel was quite and located by a grocery store (walk-in distance) can see your vehicle from room. AC in room worked fine, rooms a little dated but for the price you beat it. Only neg was the pool was closed.

This place is beautiful. Very slightly run down, but nothing to worry about. Staff is extremely friendly and willing to do whatever you need. Open the laundry room late or early. Get your coffee at night (coffee only available in lobby, not in rooms).
Room was more than I expected for the price. Couch was a little hard but huge, you can definitely sleep some one there, bed was fine. Shower had good pressure.
Will definitely be staying here again.

Sheets so thin you can see where a hole is starting. Clean place but spa closed. Traffic is loud outside all night.

Everything was great, plus staff very friendly, the only thing if you want to call it a negative was the mattress for myself and wife was a little to firm, were used to a pillow top

I dont know his name but younger guy working there is the friendliest and most helpful employee in any hotel I have stayed at ever. Great guy, Id stay again just because of him.

Really wasn’t sure what to expect after reading the various posts; love or hate it. Wasn’t much to choose for the extended weekend. Found the parking lot open and easy, several ADA spots, which helped me. Lobby was clean and staff were welcoming. The room was much larger than I expected. Clean !
When we return to Lincoln City, we’ll stay here again, pricing was very affordable !!!
