This hotel is amazing. I have stayed here for years. HOWEVER, TRIP DOT COM needs to update what kind of room you are getting here. TRIP DOT COM does not know the specifics. In addition, check your BOOKING DATE. If you do a google search and log in thinking that you will be staying the same dates, TRIP DOT COM might push your search date to another day. Again, THIS HOTEL IS FAB. PERIOD. TRIP DOT COM needs some help :)

It was okay, but way too expensive and not much variety of food. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly though. I would stay here again if I got a better deal for the hotel, but if not I’d probably go somewhere else. A lot of the vending machines were out of order, and they turned off the fire pits at 10 on the weekends you’d think they would stay open till 11-12 at least.

The front counter lady we first came across was rude and was more annoyed to see us than anything. I won’t be coming back where I don’t feel welcomed.

I got there and I was helped by Tony from the front desk. I asked if by any chance there was a oceanview? He was able to pull some strings and got me oceanview with Balcony. That was outstanding my wife was so happy!!!

I liked the ocean view from the room and the beach access. Rooms were nice only downside was the bed was uncomfortable started to hurt my back after a couple days.

The staff during check in was very helpful, kind, and easy to chat with with. They gave us recommendations for where to go that night for a drink, and Tony (the manager I believe) even upgraded our room to an ocean view room free of charge. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Rooms where clean and tidy .the pool was warm and chemicals where balanced good .the beds where the worst part hard as concrete and couldn't sleep at all .the front desk lady was on phone when i arrived so i was checking out retail stuff in lobby and a family came in to check in as well and cut me off even thou i explained i was waiting

Property was definitely worn. Our balcony was falling apart. We only got one chair for the balcony. Otherwise had a great time and enjoyed stay.

The screen door leading out to patio was off the track i told the guy cleaning room next door, he said okay. Came back a couple of hours later room was not service or clean. The beds were comfortable but way to high my 78 yr old mom had to climb to get into the bed then it slope on her side and she fell out of bed at 2am in the morning. But apparently she was not the only one that fell out of bed because the people above us fell out of their bed too
