Great hotel with nice amenities, helpful staff from Restaurant service everyone were really good, that person who greets on the open area of Hawa Mahal restaurant Mr Navneet Singh great welcome with smile . I have just been part of a Joint India - UK event held at the Neemrana Fort Palace. Its an amazing magical venue but what makes it so brilliant is the staff. They were fantastic. Having run events in the UK and other parts of the world, the staff at Neemrana Fort stand out. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to help and be as flexible and accommodating as possible. 5 stars for service is not enough!! From the young men who toil taking your luggage to your room (and this is quite a feat with so many stairs and narrow corridors in a C15th Fort), to the room cleaning, kitchen and dining room staff, front of house and conference staff they were, to a person, absolutely wonderful. The food was great; so much choice and if you need a special dish - just mention it in advance and they will make it if they can. I can sometimes be a critical person and so to write this sort of review is unusual. The senior team - Panketj Jain, Israil Khan and Mahaveer were superb and there are too many other great staff that I didn't note the names of. One example is that having but us in a car to the airport, I received a whats app wishing me a safe journey. Don't hesistate to choose the Neemrana Fort Palace if you want an amazing holiday or conference venue

We had Sutra Mahal room. The experience was worst as paint is falling from the ceiling. We informed reception for same. They just send house cleaner to clean, no other action taken. The paint was falling whole night in bathroom and room. Photos are attached in this review for reference.

I visited in Oct 2023, but our experience was so bad that I still remember writing a review after a year. We were given Manak Mahal room–named after a gem. My experience within the first few hours was a big turn-off, as I found this an over-hyped place with weak service standards, ill-maintained property, and stained furniture. The service standard was weak - I was made to wait 30 minutes to check-in. Though it's common in hotels, I found it annoying here as I have heard they are very particular about check-out timing. My room was small. Efforts are made to give it a luxurious feel, but in essence, it was a servant room added to give it a royal feel, in which they failed. I have seen various heritage properties better decorated and maintained. The walls of the balcony, where stained iron furniture is kept, were blackened and infested with algae and lichen (see images). But the biggest discomfort we faced was with the washroom. The washroom was accessible after crossing an open verandah/gallery, hence there was no washroom privacy. When raised it with their staff Sumit, he informed me that none of the rooms had washroom privacy. Wow! What a luxury resort! If you are a connoisseur and seeking royalty and heritage for your vacation, it is a must-avoid place. I have experienced better heritage experience in other places in Rajasthan including Udaipur, Jaipur, Orcha, etc. And better luxurious experiences in even 4-star resorts. And they don't behave pricey when you talk about your discomfort.

It was a great experience. Food ambience & staff was 5/5. The night show by banney Singh was cherry on the cake. Special thanks to the admin manager Mr. Satish Bhargav for managed our trip so well. Amazing view in night Love to visit again. Great

I had a wonderful experience at Neemrana. The staff was exceptionally polite, and the level of hospitality was outstanding. I would especially like to extend my gratitude to Chef Vikas ji and , senior chef Harikesh yadav ji and manager Navneet ji for their remarkable service.
