Sunday Boutique Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They were able to accommodate our last minute booking which we really appreciated. Dimitris welcomed us upon arrival and brought us to the room, explaining everything we might need to know. The housekeeping was also exceptional - they came every day and cleaned and left fresh towels. We will be back!

We booked executive sea view suite for 3 nights @ €280 / night, which is already pretty steep considering the location. Nonetheless, I naively assumed that the hotel’s facilities and level of service would make up for this, little did I know… Hotel Location & Facilities - The hotel is located very close to the port, right across the beach and right in the middle of the busiest spot in the town. Upon our arrival we came to the realisation that there is no guaranteed parking spots in the very crammed parking space of the hotel. I ended up parking there once and the rest of the days there were no available spots so we had to settle for the public parking which is a 2 min walk. Normally I wouldn’t complain about this, but for that price I would expect a parking space outside the hotel and not in the midst of a muddy field. - All the common areas in the hotel had an underlying smell of sewage, not very pleasing. Obviously fixable but persistent throughout our stay. Room - The room was relatively recently refurbished, clean and quite large. - On our first evening we had no hot water, the absence of a 24-hour reception meant we had to shower with cold water - Terrible soundproofing is an issue as the sea view hotels overlook all the beach bars restaurants and the main road all of which can be very noisy until early morning hours Customer Service - The staff were all very friendly and tried to be as attentive as they could - Note however that we received zero instructions from the front desk ahead of our arrival and in fact when we arrived there was no one in the front desk and had to wait for at least 10 minutes for someone to show up. It may be the case that the hotel is understaffed in that respect as I only saw one person in the front desk throughout our stay. All in all, the hotel has good potential, however there are some fundamental issues that need to be resolved in order for it to even come close to justify the price. Instead of spending time trying to market Coco-mat sleeping products, focus on addressing the basics first. I would give 2 stars but owing to the hotel’s staff friendliness, politeness and overall effort they put in I ended up with 3.

Βρεθήκαμε στο υπέροχο αυτό ξενοδοχείο που στολίζει τα Στυρα Εύβοιας ένα Π-Σ-Κ του Αυγούστου. Οι σουίτες υπέροχες , μεγάλες ( είχαμε την 104 ) με τέλεια θεα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα ! Είχε δωρεάν ιδιωτικό Πάρκιν μεγάλη εξυπηρέτηση ! Η ρεσεψιόν η Δωρα μια όμορφη κοπέλα με χαμόγελο και μεγάλη διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει. Όταν κάναμε την κρατηση στην πορεία κάτι προέκυψε και ίσως αλλάζαμε ημερομηνίες. Ο ιδιοκτητης αντιμετώπισε το όλο θέμα με σεβασμο και κατανόηση. Τον ευχαριστούμε και πάλι δημόσια . Η οργανωμένη δωρεάν παραλια για τους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου ακριβώς μπροστά. Το φαγητό του ξενοδοχείου ίσως απ ότι κατάλαβα το πάει προς το γκουρμέ λίγο θα ηθελα και λίγο πιο απλά πράγματα πχ ελληνική σαλατα νομίζω δεν υπήρχε στον κατάλογο. Οι τιμές είναι φυσιολογικές . Καλο υπόλοιπο σεζόν εύχομαι σε όλη την ομάδα ! Εμείς σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ ! Βίκυ - Αντώνης Δωμάτιο 104 .

Η κριτική μας αφορά μόνο το εστιατόριο. Παλαιοτερα ήταν πολύ καλύτερο.Πηραμε δυο πίτσες ,σπέσιαλ και μαργαριτα,και 4ποτ.κρασι.Οι πίτσες ήταν εντελώς ανοστες και το ένα ποτήρι κρασι ξυνισμενο...Επιστρέψαμε το ξυνισμενο κρασί και το αντικατεστησαν..Δεν είχαν την ευαισθησία να ζητήσουν μια συγνωμη.

Bon hôtel, sur la rue du front de mer donc assez bruyant (restaurants, plage, motos). Le service est attentionné, l hôtel est très récent, les chambres sont très belles mais il y a quelques défauts a corriger (chasse WC, bonde du lavabo, porte qui frotte le parquet et qui est donc difficile à ouvrir). C est dommage car l hôtel est plutôt sympa et le service est plutôt bon
