In my opinion, this hotel is absolutely not worth it: The food is monotonous, overly greasy, salty, and tasteless. There were a few good dishes, but overall, it was bad. The funny thing was that during breakfast, you could only have water or some awful juices. No sparkling water or anything like that was allowed. The facilities are old, and the rooms are quite worn out. They’ve been "renovated" with just a coat of paint on the furniture to give the illusion of improvement. The rooms above reception are nice. One of the families we traveled with was moved there because their room was unbearably hot. More on that in point 8. Our room was filthy upon check-in, and they had to clean it three additional times. First, they swept it with a broom just to make it look like they did something, but I insisted they vacuum. There was hair and all sorts of trash everywhere—on the floor, in the bathroom, on the balcony, and even in the closet. There were so many spiders in the room. As someone allergic to spider bites, I was extremely uncomfortable and worried about ending up in the hospital again due to a bite. The internet is not just terrible—it’s non-existent. If you rely on a baby monitor with WiFi, don’t even try. Working remotely is out of the question. Not only is there no internet, but there’s no mobile signal in the rooms either. The fridge is ancient and took two days to cool a few bottles of water and beer cans. We were lucky to have an actual air conditioner in our room, so we were cool, unlike the other families stuck with central air conditioning that didn’t work at all. One family had to beg for two days before being moved to the main building where the air conditioning was functional. The pools close at 6:00 PM—seriously?!? That’s the most convenient time for a swim, especially for families with small children. The pools are not cleaned. They were full of trash and sand. In nine days, I didn’t see them being cleaned even once. The water turned our swimsuits yellow, and we had to throw them away. The tiles in the pool are missing, and the area around the pools is filthy. The water was murky, and in the children’s pool, it was even ice-cold. Plus, one day, we saw a child have an accident in the pool (not the child’s fault), and the staff didn’t react at all—apparently, it was "normal." The entertainment for kids is pathetic. In the evenings from 8:30 to 9:00 PM, there’s a kids' program, and that’s it. During the day, there are some activities, but they’re just for show. One of the families tried to participate with their daughter, but the child was bored. The beach is a disaster. Old sunbeds, a beach full of rocks (both on the shore and in the water), and trash—cigarette butts, cups, plastic bags, etc. In nine days, I didn’t see it being cleaned even once. We ended up cleaning the mess left by others ourselves. The water has sea urchins, so if you do decide to stay here, bring water shoes for both yourself and your children. Room cle
