Great food! Great service! The staff were nice to me. After a long tiring working day, this hotel is a good choice for business travel. It is right at the harbor and next to all types of delicious restaurants.

My car broke down in Morgantown, WV. I called the hotel to cancel, expecting to be charged one night, not both. I believe I was charged for 2 nights and also had to purchase a hotel near my broken down car in WV. I believe the policy was to charge me one night and you would think they would throw you a bone and sympathize with my horrible situation.

Overall decent property. Staff was cordial and helpful. I feel the carpet in my room could use a steam/deep cleaning. The shower worked a bit odd with heating and cooling water. Overall, the room was ok.
There were times neither my key card or mobile app didnt work for accessing the elevators and room. I wasnt certain if this was some security measure since it happened more at night. But staff quickly fixed the issue.
The conveince and accessibility to everything around you is great. Great views day and night around the area. Room setvice wasn't available when i stayed, but with the restaurants around, that wasnt too big of an issue.
The garage area had various odd smells depending on where you parked in the garage accross the street. I'm sure valet was better. If you're going to drive out and explore more, its better to get a garage pass.
Staff is very versed in what to do around the area and what may make your experience most enjoyable. Whether you want to go out or stay in the hotel, they knew what was available (or normally).
I'm sure other rooms might have been better. If it was, it'd give the place 4 stars

The bed sheets were dirty, the pillows shams looked like it had crusty food stuck to it. The bathroom smelled like pee. The manager gave a feee night’s stay for the inconvenience but then changed the room rates for the additional nights which was a hassle to get fixed. Our credit card had several authorizations on it before it was updated with the correct amount.

We will definitely visit the Westin - National Harbor again.
They need to be very clear about the price of the parking

This hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great! The staff was very friendly. Only complaint, the restaurant downstairs was very expensive and our eggs were really overcooked. Besides that little thing, everything was perfect. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This property was amazing and in a great location. Our room was excellent. The Heavanly Beds/Bedding is amazing. The staff were kind and very helpful.
