DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION. 48 Hours before my trip, the property messaged me on March 11, saying that "as of March 1, they no longer "accept short term rentals". What a horrible thing to do to someone--why not send me that information in February when I made the reservation? If it weren't for using *********** who found me a suitable alternative and offered to refund the difference, I would have been without a place to stay. This is not a reputable company.

I chose the Mint House because I wanted to stay in a 2 bedroom with family from another State. I have stayed at a Mint House before and was very pleased with the other location. This location was not nearly as nice. The exterior was basic and smelled of cigarettes. On the interior the construction quality looked very cheap and slapped together. There was no lamp in the living area, the rug was stained, and it lacked any art or decor. The beds were comfortable but the blinds did not block the light from the street lights outside. Overall, not what I expected from Mint house.

Need better communication with staff. Was unsure of how to get into parking garage. Room was clean for most part but there were empty beer bottles left in upper cabinet and the surge protector was broken so was not able to plug anything in or watch tv at night due to there only being two plugs in wall near TV. No idea how to check out, no instructions left. Need better communication or a way to get ahold of someone for issues.

The room is a very good size and the kitchen is nice. The instructions on how to enter the garage and building are extremely unclear. We had to flip the breaker to make the lights and fan work in the bedroom. Water ran onto the floor from the shower. The provided amenities in the pumps in the shower did not work. Soap was not provided to wash hands in the kitchen.

My wife had a double lung transplant, we stayed for 3 months. The staff was very helpful. The proximity to everything made it ideal. The parking garage was very helpful since parking in Nashville can be challenging.

Very hard to find location Everything white lacks decorating Only 4 pieces of silverware in a listed stock kitchen Very close to music city and clean Super comfy beds Close to college Two chairs on deck for four people
