Americas Best Value Inn Nashville Downtown

1st of all this is a motel NOT a hotel. It's in a NOT so good area and the customer service was either non existent at times or very poor. The staff was rude. There were at least three other people at the front desk area (which was the size of a shoe box) asking to be refunded and they were being told to come back the next day when they literally just paid less than 5 minutes prior. The next day would come and they would be told the same thing again. When I arrived I was told that I needed to pay more money. They said I was suppose to pay 3 different taxes. I showed them where I booked online and where I was already charged 3 different taxes. They said it didn't show up in there system so I would have to pay it again and to take that up with Trip Advisor who I booked them through. Of course Trip advisor said I was NOT suppose to pay any more money and they reached out to the motel who said they would refund me my money. After 3 days of myself and Trip Advisor going back and forth with them they still did NOT refund me as promised. Trip Advisor also got tired of there lies and refunded me themselves. After my experience and seeing first hand what others experienced I would say stay far away from this rat hole! Seems to be ran by scammers.

Was charged double even after paying they charged me when I arrived. Dirty rooms, terrible location, and rude staff

I booked for one night on August 15th. There wasn't a single cup in the room, not even a paper cup. The sheets were stained, and I sniffed them. They didn't smell like freshly washed disinfectant. The four pillowcases were freshly changed and smelled like they'd been washed. They said breakfast was included, but it was just a bag of snacks and brewed coffee. I asked the Indian woman, "Is that breakfast?" She said yes, then pulled out another bag of snacks from under the counter and said, "That's all there is to breakfast." Is this what Indians consider a continental breakfast? This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I'm giving them a 0-point review, feeling insulted and deceived.

It was nice for the price the bed was comfy .. the only thing that was wrong the fridge didn't work but other than that it was good

Some rooms are nice some aren’t

家庭出行千萬別去這裏，這裏流浪漢比較多，有的會睡在酒店樓梯下

服務挺好。前台很熱情支持

環境一般。

This was the most dangerous area and the most run down place I've ever seen. The smoke detector was missing, the door to the hotel room didn't close, the AC vents where missing but did matter because the AC didn't work, the toilet paper holder was missing, the blankets had multiple holes, the light fixture was just a light bulb, Moss was growing from the torn awning that covered the check-in office, and the list can go on. In the few minutes we where there, we had one person that was staying there asking us if we wanted to have a good time, one person stopped a truck in the middle of the street to ask them something, and a cop car was patrolling the parking lot. The other people walking around looked like either they where on ***** or criminals. Me and my buddy made the decision to find another hotel far from this area after being there for a whole 2 minutes. We both felt that we would be either killed or robbed if we spent the night at this hotel/inn. Please take this review as a warning before booking. I don't anyone to go through this.
