Hotel Rama Heritage

One of the worst and horrible service provided by Hotel Rama Heritage. Switching off cable connection after certain time at night and intentionally not resolving it despite several complaints nor providing any proofs for their claims. Ordered Veg cheese sandwich at 2215hrs which after 8 reminders got delivered at 0015hrs ie after 2hrs. Taking consumer for ransom after collecting money in advance.

I just stayed in Rama heritage hotel while I was travelling to Trimbakeshwar. It is a Business Hotel with well equipped 32 rooms, centrally located and has a perfect Banquet for corporate events and family functions. A complete Pure veg & jain food available with their signature dishes as dal khichda, various paneer sabji, dum pukht biryani. Favourite place to stay for ***y celebrities, especially marathi celebrities and a perfect place for solo lady traveller. I went there on a weekend so on sundays they have special Misal pav and Ukhadiche Modak.

It was memorable for me , I will visit again in this hotel , from spa tabbu did very well, in room dining services was very good sneha , omkar , kartik , Dinesh provide me best service , my family also very happy with service and food

It's a good hotel to stay with basic amenities, rooms are good and spacious. Location of this hotel is great. But i would recommend this hotel specially for its restaurant the food is very delicious, service is also good. Ambience is nice. I had malai kofta and butter roti it was superb, kulfi falooda with ice cream was cherry on the cake.

Need to improve service, I am a regular customer of this Hotel, this was my 4th visit in last 3 month, every time we stay for two to three days. But this time I was completely unsatisfied, let's start with something good, food is good. The variety of the buffet is good but need to serve more items. Now there are some things which we didn't like, front office team de***ding more money for the room. I told them that we pay less than usual, so they started arguing with us, after a heated argument, He charged the previous room's rent, AC does not work in the room water pressure in the toilet is very slow, and the hot water does not come properly, cleaning was not upto the mark, stain on the floor, dirty glasses & cups, unhygienic staff, housekeeping, room service, and front office nobody picks up the phone calls when I needed water to have pills at night, it was completely dark in the lobby. When I came down to ask for water, I stood for some time so that I could ask for water if someone came, then I asked a watch*** there for water. It took me here, and I didn't find any responsible person to talk I felt like the hotel staff was ignoring me, I had planned to stay for more days but I checked out the very next day,

It was a nice experience with Rama Heritage Hotel Nashik, Food Quality is good, the Rooms are species but need some improvement, the room tariff are reasonable, Reception staff is polite and well behave ***** with their Team Leader Lakhan.

Hotel Rama Heritage ❤️ On my recent visit to Nashik, I stayed at Hotel Rama Heritage which is a perfect budget-friendly Hotel which serves pure vegetarian and jain food and is a perfect hault place on the Mumbai-Nashik highway. You can plan your stay here whenever you are staying in Nashik or planning to travel to places like Vani, Shirdi, Trimbakeshwar around Nashik. The rooms are clean and well maintained and they serve delicious food.

This hotel offers a really tasty delicious food. Very polite and good staff. Note- Service was bit delayed even there were no crowd. Have enough space for parking. This restaurant is not very far from high-way.

Sympathischer Bau. Etwas zurück gesetzt von einer Durchgangsstraße. Gute Lage nahe dem Zentrum, der Altstadt und anderen interessanten Punkte der Stadt. All dies ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. An der Rezeption gab es bereits beim Einchecken Probleme aufgrund fehlender fremdsprachlicher Kompetenzen der (weiblichen) Angestellten. Nach einiger Zeit erhieltem wir Kontakt mit einem einem einzigen, sehr freundlichen und besonders hilfreichen Herrn. Unser Zimmer hatte ordentliche Größe, war gut ausgestattet. Gute Betten. Das Frühstück findet - sehr angenehm - in einer zum Gartenbereich offenen Halle statt. Die Auswahl an Speisen, Getränken ... war nicht sehr groß; Hilfe durch Personal war rar.
