It was amazing experience with hotel in this 2 days. Really appreciating efforts in service, every staff was very gentle and cooperative. I will again want to visit the hotel.

We recently visited Ibis Hotel Nashik on an official trip and had a rather disappointing experience right from the start. We arrived in Nashik by Vande Bharat and reached the hotel around 10 AM. Despite calling multiple times from the station to check on early check-in availability, our calls went unanswered. Upon arrival, we politely requested early check-in. The front desk staff, however, was unaccommodating and firmly stated that check-in is only allowed at 2 PM. Despite rooms seemingly being available, they denied our request unless we agreed to pay a half-day tariff. While I understand hotel policies, exceptions can and should be made in genuine cases—especially when rooms are vacant and guests have arrived after a long journey. The room itself was underwhelming. It was small and cramped, with an even tinier bathroom. The shower cubicle made an awful screeching noise every time we closed it, and to top it off, the electric kettle in the room was broken. Overall, the facilities didn’t match the standard one expects from a reputed hotel brand. From the lack of responsiveness to the rigid front desk service and unsatisfactory room conditions, there was nothing pleasant about this stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially if you're arriving by the Vande Bharat train—you’ll likely end up waiting for 3-4 hours to get your room as per their rigid check-in policy.

Good hotel, courteous & friendly staff. Rooms are good - very cleaned, hygienic and maintained well, good amenities. Food was OK OK - there was no option post 10.30 pm apart from pulao and khichadi. Food quality needs to improve cos there is just one option for dining. But you can order your food from Out side. Breakfast was good.

Had a dinner at ibis Nashik spice it restaurant the food was very and the service also the service was nice by mahima and the restaurant staff and the service was very good the service was very very good by rasika prasad and hitesh thank you very much to ibis Nashik staff and the restaurant staff

Absolutely Pathetic Breakfast Experience at Hotel Ibis Nashik – Total Waste of ₹800! Booked breakfast here thinking it would be decent for ₹800, but what a massive disappointment. The spread was a disaster. Firstly, sausages were on the menu. I simply asked the staff to add some to my omelet — denied. Later, when sausages came floating in some weird soup with no taste, I requested a few pieces separately — again denied. Clearly, guest satisfaction isn't a priority here. The rest of the breakfast was no better: Besan Chilla: Tasted like raw uncooked besan batter — horrible. Noodles: Completely bland and lifeless. No taste at all. Moong Dal Bhajiya: Uncooked and cold, even after a so-called 'fresh' refill from the kitchen. Probably made hours earlier. Aloo Paratha: Laughably bad — barely any aloo inside. Idli: So soggy it practically fell apart before you could even touch it. Omelet: Freshly prepared but somehow managed to be completely tasteless. Hard to imagine someone messing up something as basic as an omelet, but they did. The only edible items were the bread, butter, jam, cornflakes, and fresh fruits — because thankfully, they required no effort from the kitchen. Overall, Ibis Nashik served up one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. ₹800 down the drain for food that wasn’t even fit to eat. Definitely not worth your money, time, or expectations. The only decent things? Bread, butter, jam, cornflakes, and fruits — because luckily, they didn't need any cooking. Hotel might assume people waste food because they overfill plates — Reality: the food was so bad it was NOT eatable. That’s why most of it went untouched. And if that wasn’t enough — The hotel clearly knows the number of guests opting for breakfast, yet they can’t plan proper refills. Every time something ran out, we were left standing and poking the staff for 20–30 minutes just to get basic items refilled. Total mismanagement and zero hospitality. Summary: Pathetic food, pathetic service, and pathetic planning. ₹800 completely thrown away. If you value your money and your mood, skip the breakfast — better yet, think twice before booking here

Ibis nashik : we stayed here for one day ,check in and check out smooth , we got first floor room#128 , ideally rooms are very clean and bath room is slightly small. in the night we order in resturant with one sandwich which took almost 20-25 mins to get to our table and we paid 500/- for sandwich which is very poor in quality and dried up , bread were very hard. except resturnat experience rest all looks good.

Hotel was nice and staff was very nice,room cleaning and housekeeping superb And Ashok Shinde saila Sadhna ganesh gaikwad,sandip service bhai was too good. Food was also super good healthy. Bathroom was also very nice and all the peoples here in ibis are excellent and very frank to us

The rooms were clean and daily cleaning was done, no dust, very hygienic, the house keeping staff was very friendly and well behaved specially Ganesh Gaikwad from the housekeeping service. The passage area and overall hotel was very well maintained.

It was my first visit and I have found very good experience with whole ibis team food was really good ,checking process was really smoothe room was very neat and clean maintain property. Ac temperature was good and Fand B service also very good. Overall very good experience. Thank you IBis nashik team
