Garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Bra" 12 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. 6-room semi-detached house 160 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, comfortable and modern furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. I recommend the house as a place of rest, very clean, large and professionally equipped kitchen, beds in the rooms very comfortable, swimming pool with clean water, very cordial, kind and helpful owners.

Very friendly welcome. Spacious holiday home. Nice base to explore and visit the region. Recommended for those who want to stay with children.
