The hotel is modern, looks like newly renovated. Facilities are basic but as expected in a 3-star hotel. The room is in general clean and tidy, but I could notice some hair in the bathroom. Also note there isn’t any air-con in the room so it can be warm in the summer. Breakfast is amazing, plenty of choice of salad, hot food and dessert. Pastries are freshly made. There aren’t many choices of hotel in Narva so would probably stay again if travelling to Narva.

房間不算大，但是很乾凈，該有的都有了（除了牙刷）。 位置非常好，離來往俄羅斯的口岸非常近，附近有商業中心大超市。 早飯真的太讚了，品種非常豐富，口味也好。

Decently clean hotel, friendly staff at reception even if their English was pretty modest. A major drawback of the hotel is the lack of air-conditioning. The room got mega hot and as we were facing the street we could not open the window. Breakfast is plentiful

Very cosy and comfortable hotel, easy to find and within the close proximity to the border. Staff are very helpful and friendly; nothing was too much to ask. Really enjoyed my short but relaxing stay and most definitely come back. Highly recommended

We had a good time in hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. We come to Narva from Tallinn at night and get hotel very fast. Very good location, not far from center of Narva. The personal of hotel is very friendly. I hope we'll back sometime in this hotel. Thanks.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The recently renovated rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also provided a comfortable and modern atmosphere. The attention to detail in both the dining experience and room design truly enhanced my overall enjoyment. Highly recommend!

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Narva. I spent one night here and I stayed in the suite. It was so spacious, with a wonderful comfortable bed and an amazing bath tub. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! The staff is very friendly as well and they are always happy to help you anytime you need them.

Comfortable bed, and close to a shopping centre. Made for a pleasant short stay in Narva.

Overall this was an acceptable hotel, but not great. There is a lot of construction going on. The amenities in the room are fine. Everything was clean, except when I arrived the toilet was clogged (I assume from the previous guest). This was quite gross. The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was good.

Had a lovely stay here - rooms are huge with sauna and surprise - jacuzzi! Rooms are more like suites- and great value for money. Staff friendly and helpful- quite busy during the summer. Location is great to see all the sights in Narva. On-site parking was a bonus !

....which means it is a perfectly adequate place to stay at a very reasonable price. Room was clean and tidy, equipped with a proper fridge over looking a car park at the back. All the essentials worked fine and the beds were comfy for the one night we stayed. Breakfast came in a series of boxes delivered to the room. Have dinner at the Dva Cestri (two sisters) at Gullivers just 100m round the corner. All "sites" including the spectacular river view are just 10 minutes walk away.
