Property composed of main house and outbuilding 16 km from the centre of Narni, in a secluded position on top of a hill. For shared use: property 4 ha. Private: garden 500 m2 (not fenced), swimming pool (4 x 12 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 15.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue.
