Naples Experience Hostel - Age Limit 18-28

The girl in the reception and the guy are super nice , adorable people, but at night the guy was not very nice, also there’s a lot of noise in the morning , but you can really make friends here and that’s amazing

This hostel is amazing for young solo travellers because of its large open patio bar, nightly free dinners, and evening pub crawls. While the location is not ideal (30+ minute walk into the center), the hostel offers transportation to and from the bars in the evening (part of the pub crawl) as well as shuttle services to the airport and train stations. The rooms were pretty plain but mostly clean, and the bathrooms did not have that gross hostel bathroom smell so +1 for that. The hostel did offer a cheep breakfast but i found some good extremely cheep cafes near by that hd much fresher pastries for basically the same price. The hostel also offers day trips, i did one to Positano and Amalfi which was a great way to spend the day. All in all i would definitely spend a few nights here again, 100% recommended to young solo travellers. Also shout out to Gabi for tending the bar and leading the pub crawl every night, legend.

I revisited this hostel in May 2022 as I had a very good experience the first time when I visited in October 2021. The family who run the hostel are lovely and welcoming, as are all other staff in the hostel. All areas of the hostel including common areas were cleaned regularly and properly. The on site entertainment is fantastic. Inside there is a game console, each evening they serve a cooked meal, there is a bar with music, table tennis, there are board games and the staff put on a pub crawl after dinner into the early hours. There is a big outdoor space with comfortable chairs which is used for social events in the evening. There is also a what's app group chat where all guests who are staying in the hostel can connect with one other. There is a 24 hour reception which makes dropping off and picking up bags at any hour easy. The location is great for a shopping centre, a big supermarket, the airport and the very famous Capodimonte grounds and palace. The hostel isn't central, so it can be a bit daunting to get to, in terms of crossing busy roads and waiting for busy buses. However the hostel staff have a shuttle service which runs guests into the city centre and to the train stations regularly and free of charge. This hostel wouldn't be suitable for a person who wanted to party in Naples every night until the early hours, as it is not central enough to bars and clubs. It is better suited to guests who want to sightsee Naples in the day and then socialise with other guests at night, enjoying the great social life on sight until the early hours and the organised pub crawls which the hostel offers. There is an age limit to this hostel, of 35 years old, and I don't think this is advertised well enough. I saw people arrive at the hostel having already booked on the hostels own website, only to be turned down when showing their i.d. Those who had booked seemed genuinely unaware of the age limit rule. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend this hostel to other travellers!!

Had a very pleasant stay here in April 2022, the staff were all amazing and super helpful. Room was clean and the services were sufficient/what you would expect from a hostel. Location is a bit quiet, good for sleeping but a bit of a walk into the centre of town.

II booked the hostel, a few hours before departure I contacted them, they told me they refuse check in because I am over 30 y.o. There is no checkbox like *I acknowledge I have read and I am aware of the booking condition* in the booking form . Age limit is not mentioned in the confirmation, not even in the VIEW POLICY section either. I requested a one time exception, they replied they will charge me for the booking anyway. For travellers, I suggest to avoid this place if you do not want to ruin your whole trip, that is what happened to me, I was not able to book another place at the last moment. The prices for a dorm bed were very reasonable. There were plenty of food shops nearby, and the location was quiet to sleep at night. There is a bar where you can buy alcohol in the hostel terrace which is spacious and reasonably priced. There are a variety of breakfasts to choose from - all are delicious and at a good price, and an evening meal which includes a main meal and a dessert, for €5/6 - generous portions. This meal followed by drink makes for a great social evening at the hostel. The staff are friendly, warm and informative. The kitchen is well-equipped and has fridge space and enough space to leave dry food. The common areas are clean, my 8 bedroom female dorm was spacious and there are secure lockers downstairs to store valuables in. It was really easy to book on their home website. The only disadvantage could be is that the hostel is quite far from clubs and pubs in the city centre, so it's not suitable if you want to party outside the hostel all night. It's a good location for the airport and also for the botanical gardens, but quite far from central station if you choose to walk. Overall I highly recommend this hostel! ☺
