How to describe this superb B&B? It was just perfect. The hosts, Gabriele and Manuela, are just so welcoming, we felt at home. The Capri room is very spacious, well equipped, with 2 balconies, and a sea view. The delicious, home cooked breakfasts have many nice touches added and are served punctually to the room every morning. It is located close to Piazza Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, and the buzz of historic Naples. It is a good base from which to explore Naples and the surrounding areas. We fell in love with Naples and our B&B. We plan to come back to both.

This was the perfect place for a family stay in Napoli. We are a family of 4 and shared the Capri room; dual aspect, beautifully decorated and spacious. Gabriele was the most wonderful host- warm, friendly and went above and beyond for us. The location was perfect as a central base in Napoli and for wider travel in the region being in easy distance of the metro. Breakfast is served in the room and was delicious. Highly recommended this special place!

If you want to try true Napoletan hospitality, you need to book your stay at Orsini46 B&B. From the moment you enter these apartments, the decor and cleanliness capture you. The warmness of Gabriele and Manuela is so inviting that you feel like you are in your own home! The breakfasts are delicious 😋 and they go out of their way to make your stay memorable. I must also mention that Manuela cooks the best "pasta e patate"...!!!

When in NAPOLI..., go to Orsini 46 B&B! This family B&B is managed by Gabriele (who is a jack of all trades) and his beautiful wife Manuela (an amazing baker who prepares the best breakfasts ever!). My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks and based all our day trips from here. My husband and I had the Procida room and my 3 boys shared the spacious Ischia room. The rooms are perfectly decorated with just the right amount of furniture. The bathrooms are cleaned and beds made daily. Gabriele even organises taxis and recommends local eateries. So you can't go wrong! Trust me when I say... this family is absolutely genuinely lovely and the accommodation superb!

Stayed for 8 nights in the Capri Room. All aspects of this B and B are first rate - very comfortable bed, well equipped room with free coffee and mineral water, delicious breakfasts, friendly and helpful hosts. It is also absolutely secure being on the third floor of a large 1920’s building - there is a lift. Lots and lots of very nice and affordable restaurants within walking distance and literally three minutes walk from the sea front. Would definitely return.

We stayed for four nights at Orsini 46 and had a fabulous stay. The location is perfect being only a few minutes walk from the grand palace and Toledo which is the bustling Main Street in Naples. The B&B is nestled in a quiet and safe part of the city near to the shore and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by. Gabriele the owner is very friendly and welcoming and helped with our arrangements when needed and also recommended Marina a great tour guide who took us on a tour of the city, Pompeii and Herculaneum. Our room and breakfast were also excellent and this is definitely a much better option than staying in the larger hotels in the area.

I write in English to share with international travellers, but I am from Venice and come to Naples for pleasure and work. It's hard to find better in Naples in this category. Rooms well-kept, equipped with everything, cosy and the balcony with sea view (side, but very close). Nice and well kept noble building. Perfect location because you can walk to the Royal Palace and the seafront. And then you always find a taxi. No useless common areas, but owners who really live next door and 5 star breakfast in the room.

Perfect location in a relatively quiet street yet within a stone's throw from all major sights and the waterfront. We received the warmest welcome from Gabriele, our host. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room is traditional, spacious, super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is brought each morning to the room on a trolley, with a range of options available, and everything is good quality. Highly recommended.
