La Stella di Napoli B&B

This is the most awful hotel I’ve stayed at. I have never in my life written a review like this I’ve been unhappy before but I have never let it ruin a vacation I let it roll off but this hotel is the worst by far. When we first got to the hotel and went to our rooms (we had 2 rooms) our room had stains on the sheets and bed cover so we took them off and put them in a pile on the luggage rack in the room. I called down to the front desk and told her about the situation. She sent the house cleaning staff in to change sheets. Wonderful I thought, then I get a phone call demanding I come to the front desk so we went down, I was then yelled at and told how dare I take the sheets off the bed. I was dumbfounded by this and just went blank. The manger I’m assuming went back into the office and the lady at the front desk said we’d get new sheets. At this point I’m still in shock ( I never raised my voice or talked down to them I must add) we went to the room and there were still white hard crusty stains ( not kidding) on the bed cover so I called down and asked them to come look for themselves and I didn’t touch the bedding this time. The other manger (I’m assuming)came this time and got the house keeper to put new covers and a pillow and the whole time she was muttering under her breath about us. Now we have clean sheets on the beds and I’m mad by this point and really trying to keep my cool as I have just recently been a widow and I took my 4 children on a vacation to Italy. The MOLD omg was every where and when I mentioned it to the manager he says it’s because of the humidity. The humidity in Canada is much worse and if there is mold clean it get rid of it don’t let it fester. I had had it by now so I looked on line at the reviews. I sooo wish I had looked before I booked threw a travel agency and didn’t think to but lesson learned. We did find a fabulous restaurant that I had read in the reviews so I thank the person for that tidbit that made our night better. We landed up leaving and finding a better hotel just a few minutes away the next morning and we were so happy they were kind and the rooms were beautiful. Trattoria Pizzeria Ieri, Oggi, Domani Is the restaurant we went to. Una hotel is the one we stayed at in place of this Dispicable hotel. I really hope they clean there act up but I think you should know if your taking the time to read reviews. Hope you have a great adventure!

Consiglio vivamente questo b&b per chi vuole passare Qualche giorno e visitare Napoli. A un buon prezzo trovate la disponibilità e simpatia di Stefano e Patty che accolgono e mettono a proprio agio. Vi danno tutte le utilissime informazioni per girare la città e sono sempre presenti per ogni necessità. La mattina Stefano porta delle ottime e freschissime paste acquistate nella vicina pasticceria. Le camere sono grandi, funzionali, pulite e ristrutturate; dispongono di forno microonde, macchina per caffè e cappuccino, frigo fornitissimo, frutta. La posizione è vicino la stazione e alla metropolitana e permette di muoversi sia con i mezzi pubblici che a piedi. Inoltre viene data la possibilità ti lasciare le valigie in camera se il giorno del checkout volete visitare ancora qualcosa.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo B&B per 5 notti, in una camera tripla. Stefano, il titolare, è un ragazzo simpatico, disponibile, accogliente. Tutte le mattine ci portava le paste fresche da una rinomata pasticceria lì vicino dove c'è sempre coda (sfogliatelle, cornetti, cannoli...) Camera nuova, pulitissima, dotata di tutti i comfort (TV, cassetta di sicurezza, aria condizionata...), ci cambiava gli asciugamani tutti i giorni. La zona è quella che è, essendo vicino alla stazione, anche se ci sono tanti controlli. Consigliato sicuramente anche perchè è in posizione strategica per treni, metro e circumvesuviana.
