Clean hotel with good location in Nantong. Just opposite, there are two big shopping malls..

Good but not the best in Nantong

The hotel is located approximate 20 minutes away from Nantong West Station. Nearby has a shopping mall.

Nice facility. Good service.

Nice clean hotel, near to station, only 5 min taxi. Hotel were helpful to arrange taxi in morning for onward journey. Breakfast overall was good with a varied Chinese and western choice

Because I came to the hotel late, I don't konw how to use the Chinese software to book a room. Kevin at the front desk patiently taught me to book a room. He was very kind and could communicate with me normally, and also helped me upgrade my room.

Great welcoming at front desk , fast access for check in , breakfast is quite good .

We spent a celebratory night in this hotel and the expectations were high. We were not disappointed, we had a wonderful staycation in a comfortable room on the 22nd floor and a view on the surroundings. We chose the “superior room” and it can with an extremely comfortable bed (with 2 pillows each: one soft and one firm, to meet everyone’s preferences), a big desk, a reading armchair and a big bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The room was very clean and the hotel itself gave a “luxury” vibe while being affordable. The receptionist spoke English, and so did some of the staff at the breakfast. The breakfast is a buffet with a huge choice, both Chinese and Continental (baozi, eggs, bacon, meat, cold cuts, rice…but also fruit, fresh bread and pastries, many types of juice, coffee, yogurt and cereals…) The hotel also has a spa, a gym, a swimming pool and some restaurants, but we didn’t try any (…this time!) Around the structure there are many places to eat and many different malls, and it is very close to the train station, even if it is a little far from the center. All in all we had a wonderful experience and we want to repeat it as soon as we can!!

Short review as I got there at 9pm and left at 7am the next day. Easy to check in and out with English speaking staff. Room was nice and clean, hotel looked really nice.

非常糟糕的體驗。帶孩子去泳池游泳後回房間用房卡居然無法取電，房間一片漆黑。（住了那麼多的酒店第一次遇到這種事情）打了客房服務電話過了大概10分鐘左右才來一位維修師傅，搗鼓了半天沒修好，然後又來了一位師傅又弄了半天才修好。修好後也沒有服務員來賠禮道歉。過了大概1小時後客房服務人員送了一盤果盤，説是道歉。但是送的果盤裡麪的荔枝是發黴的！這就是你們所謂的道歉，讓我們吃發黴的水果？經電話交涉後又送了一個果盤。 酒店設施也太差，衞生間馬桶異味明顯，後來才發現馬桶底座的沒打牢固，做上去居然會搖一下。 服務太差了，實現配不上四星的標準。

房間整體比較舊，另外衞生收拾的不太盡職，連續住3晚，感覺沒有被打掃過。前一天掉在地上的頭髮，晚上回酒店，還在地上，沒有被打掃。前台辦理入住和退房都是超級慢，插隊的就不説了，辦理入住高峯期，沒有人來引導，都是隨便插隊，前面雖然就一組在辦理入住，排隊居然排了20分鐘。退房也是一樣。前台總的感覺比較混亂。
