Good location, comfortable, service staff are friendly. Surrounded with shopping centres and restaurants. To meet our request to place the 2 rooms in the same level, the hotel has upgraded our rooms without extra charges. We will come back to this hotel in our next business trip.

Good option in Nantong, very good value for money, breakfast limited but for the price it is good.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The lobby staff Anna and Lily were extremely friendly and very professional. English speaking was no problem at all. The location of the Hotel is also very good, very close by Harmony City Shopping Mall with endless Clothes and Food shopping opportunities. We booked the “Space” themed room which was very detailed and beautiful equipped 👌 The breakfast was a good average. Nothing special. Next to the breakfast lounge is a Kids room which was the favorite place for our son 👦. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We are looking forward for our next stay at Ascott 👍

The view from the hotel is amazing😍! great location, easy access to restaurants and very convenient for shopping, delicious buffet for breakfast but the swimming pool is just 1.2m. Hotel room cozy👌

Breakfast was just okay, room felt a bit rundown, entertainment system is a bit old. Couldn’t find the slippers. Unfortunately I think it’s probably the best hotel in Nantong.

This was an amazing stay. Service was very friendly and nice. The rooftop was amazing and the view of city was great. The pool was awesome. I would encourage them to provide towels as they have a place to place used towels. The breakfast buffet was great but please have crispy bacon next time because that's my favourite. I highly recommend this to everyone.

房間衞生乾淨整潔，公寓的服務人員都很熱情，地段優越，出門就是地鐵，地下也有很大的停車場🅿️，房間可以自己簡單的做飯，洗衣機功能很多，冰箱很大，總之都很好，下次一定還會選擇！對了對了他們家36樓還有泳池🏊和健身房🏋️！酒店內部的，人不會很多，很私密！大堂還有免費咖啡☕️

設施：很新，裝修不錯，維護也挺好 衞生：乾淨，沒有什麼異味 環境：周邊環境超好，離商場很近，很方便 服務：一般化，可能是雅詩閣的通病，前台服務超級拉誇，之前在成都雅詩閣也碰到過，一樣的問題，攜程既然搞了會員通用，為啥到雅詩閣就沒用了了呢？也沒會員權益，搞不懂，建議攜程落實一下，別搞虛頭巴腦！

前台服務人員熱情周到，客房也很乾凈，酒店地理位置和樓層位置可以俯瞰整個城市，還可以看到狼山和濠河，早餐雖略微簡單但該有的都有，會推薦朋友們入住
