Great location but….. couldn’t have our room til 5 pm had to leave by 10.30am Room on the 5 th floor ,no lift, vertiginous staircase our modest suitcase stuck No soap/ shampoo etc Tried to over charge us had to find our booking to prove Could have been so much better

My experience during my stay was truly great. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in process, and I found the accommodations to be incredibly comfortable. The hotel's advantageous location made it effortless to explore the nearby attractions at my leisure. Although the dining options were not prominently highlighted, I discovered that there were numerous local eateries conveniently situated nearby, offering a variety of culinary experiences. Overall, the hotel proved to be an ideal destination for a tranquil getaway, and I highly recommend it to others seeking a similar retreat.

After you paid in Cash €94 they try to rip you off using your creditcard wich is deposit in your App you used to do the booking and cancel your booking… I just stayed one night because of that in the very basic, shady and not well cleaned room… In the room you‘ll find just a bed.and a very old and not clean very small bathroom… Bookings are on your own risk!

De prijs van de overnachting werd opgedreven doordat er enkel contant kon worden betaald. De betaalautomaat functioneerde niet op de Wifi, volgens de receptioniste die overigens zeer vriendelijk was. Volgens *********** zou de overnachting €132 kosten, terwijl wij inclusief ontbijt ineens €180 moesten betalen. Dit zou met belasting te maken hebben. De lift was kapot, en onze kamer lag op de 5e verdieping. Er werd nog een kamer op de 1e aangeboden, maar die lag aan de straatkant en er werd voorgespiegeld dat er erg veel nachtlawaai zou zijn. Op de kamer lag er slechts 1 handdoek, er was geen telefonisch contact mogelijk en om wéér te voet van de 5e etage naar beneden en naar boven te gaan, was voor ons teveel moeite. Het ontbijt was matig, de koffie was oud. We gaan zeker niet terug, maar gekozen vanwege de enige overgebleven plek om te overnachten vanuit een doorreis.

J’ai séjourné 4 jours dans cet hôtel et tout s’est très bien passé. L’établissement est idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la place Stanislas. Dès mon arrivée, la dame de l’accueil a été très accueillante : elle m’a permis de déposer mes bagages en avance (merci encore !) et m’a donné d’excellents conseils sur les sites à visiter. Je recommande donc cet hôtel !

hôtel à deux pas de la place stanislas avec des chambres qui donnent sur la place stanislas ( quel bonheur de se réveiller avec cette vue ). les chambres avec une propreté irréprochable, spacieuse et confortable. tarif très attractif. personnel sympathiques souriant et très arrangeant. bref une bonne nuit avec mon copain en plein centre de centre de nancy. tout ce fait à pied c est hyper agréable.
