Ne5t Hotel & Spa

We got as a present the Cosy experience for 1 night, which included champagne, caviar, a 4 course meal with accompanying wines, 3 hours in the spa and breakfast. Very nice hotel. It is a different experience to get diner served in the room. Somehow this feels very comfortable, you don't need to get dressed and can eat at your own pace, much more relaxed than in a restaurant, I must say. Despite the distance from the kitchen and the stairs that need to be climbed by the staff every course was still nicely warm. Quality of the food was ok. Although the package contains 3 hours in the spa, 2 hours is more than sufficient in the pool, hammam and pool. Room is very nicely decorated with an open bathroom between the 'room' and bedroom. Small shower though. Soft beds which gave me an excellent sleep, for my wife less though. Breakfast with nice local produce. Friendly staff with no Dutch knowledge.

Just 6 rooms, but what a wonderful concept ! Slightly away from the loud city center (20 minutes walk downhill), offering professional service from employees with a smile. We stayed in White Suite which is a large two separate rooms (must be around 70 sq.m) suite, located on the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel also offer a very nice and tasty breakfast (extra paid), what is in mynopinion worth to consider. So planning your trip to Namur, book NE5T ! But don’t wait till the last moment as 6 rooms is a bit challenging to find one available in a last minute :)

We stayed here overnight on our way to Germany - what a beautiful place! Lovely surroundings, great service and exceptional food - a real treat! The meal served in our room was of top quality and was one of the best we have had in a long time - and served to us personally by the knowledgeable chef. The spa was perfect - small but perfectly appointed in the arched brick cellars. We hope to be back.

We just returned from our 2nd - 3 night stay at the NE5T Hotel in Namur, Belgium. Again, no disappointments at all. As before, everything exceeded our expectations. We used the hotel as a hub and made daily trips to cities and towns such as Spa, Durbuy, Dinant, Maastricht, Liege and Bastogne. This 6 unit resort sits in an up scale neighborhood, on the very top of a hill, overlooking the city of Namur. It is a restored old farmhouse made out of stone and timber. I cannot explain how amazing these units are. The design, space and decoration in all of the units are prodigious. We stayed in one of their 2 bedroom suites which includes a kitchen, dining room and family room. The resort has an outside pool as well as an indoor heated pool with a spa. As to the service, wow!!! The manager Nicholas, which is also an amazing chef, and his staff are hands on, from breakfast to dinner. Excellent customer service in all aspects at all times; very pleasant and courteous during our entire stay. The hotel does not have a restaurant to go to for dinner so Nicholas brings the restaurant to your room. We had his meals on all 3 nights in our room after tiring travel days. The dinners consist of a 3 course meal with wine pairings included in the price. They serve you as if you were in a restaurant, one course at a time. Once you are done, they clean up. And… the taste, is that of a Michelin restaurant with high end ingredients. You will definitely be amazed. Already looking forward to a future return.

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au sein d'un endroit magnifique. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L'entièreté de la petite équipe est d'une très grande sympathie et le service qu'ils proposent est très professionnel. Les installations sont superbes et on en prend plein les yeux à chaque endroit que l'on découvre lors de notre séjour. Le repas 3 services servi en chambre avec présentation et explications est tout simplement à tomber, un véritable délice composé de produits frais et locaux qui mérite cinq étoiles. Bref, une expérience unique inoubliable que nous allons renouveler sans aucun doute, mais plutôt en été pour profiter de la magnifique piscine extérieure située au coeur de l'établissement !

N'hésitez pas un instant ! Cet hôtel est tout simplement fantastique ! Chaque chambre est en fait une suite absolument somptueuse. La décoration est soignée et d'un goût inégalable. D'habitude on est déçu quand on voit la réalité par rapport aux photos du site mais au Ne5t c'est l'inverse : la réalité est bluffante. La décoration est divine, les assiettes dont dignes d'un étoilé et le personnel est hyper gentil. Que demander de plus ? Hôtel idéal pour une escapade en amoureux mais fantastique aussi pour un séminaire ou un CODIR ! Nous avons réservé tout l'hôtel et y avons fait notre réunion dans une salle très originale. Hôtel à choisir absolument !
